Abstract
본 발명은 작업 능률을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 터릿 펀치 프레스의 측면 절단 가공법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 가공법은 상부 터릿(2)내 장착된 펀치 조립체(1)내에 각각 선택적으로 타격될 수 있게 설치된 복수의 펀치 칩(5₁,5₄)중의 소정의 1개(5₁)에 의해서 절단되어 펀칭 조작으로 되어야 할 부분의 일단을 다른 1개의 펀치 칩(5₂)에 의해서 절단해내는 단계로 구성된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 양호한 방법을 제공하는 터릿 펀치 프레스의 요부의 개략 종단면도, 제4도 및 제5도는 본 발명의 방법에 관한 작용 설명도.
Claims (3)
- 상부 터릿에 장착된 펀치 조립체내에 각각 선택적으로 타격될 수 있게 설치된 복수의 펀치 칩중의 소정의 1개에 의해서 공작물을 측면 절단 가공하는 단계와, 상기 측면 절단 가공 공정의 절단에 의해 펀칭 조각이 되어야 할 부분의 일단을 다른 1개의 펀치 칩에 의해서 절단해내는 단계로 이루어진 터릿 펀치 프레스에 의한 측면 절단 가공 방법.
- 상부 터릿에 장착된 펀치 조립체내에 각각 선택적으로 타격될 수 있게 설치된 복수의 펀치 칩중의 소정의 1개에 의해서 공작물을 측면 절단 가공하는 단계와, 상기 측면 절단 가공 공정의 말단에 의해 펀칭 조각이 되어야 할 부분의 일단을 다른 1개의 펀치 칩에 의해서 절단해내는 단계와, 상기 남겨진 절단부에 계속해서 다시 상기 소정의 펀치 칩으로 측면 절단 가공하는 단계, 및 상기 각 단계들로 구성된 사이클을 반복해서 행하는 것으로 이루어진 터릿 펀치 프레스의 측면 절단 가공 방법.
