제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 스핀모터를 포함하는 디스크 드라이브의 분해 사시도,
제2도는 덮개가 제거된 제1도의 디스크 드라이브 평면도,
제3도는 제1도의 디스크 드라이브의 헤드 액추에이터 어셈블리의 분해 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 디스크 드라이브에 사용되는 저소음 스핀코터로서, 축과, 다극 환상자석을 포함하는 회전자와, 상기 회전자를 상기 축에 회전가능하게 장착하며, 내경과 외경이 다른 제1 및 제2 볼베어링을 포함하는 베어링 수단과, 상기 회전자를 자기적으로 유동하여 회전시키며, 다수의 코일을 포함하는 고정자 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스핀모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전자는 적어도 하나의 디스크를 수용하기 위한 지지 플랜지를 갖춘 허브와 상기 허브에 디스크를 고정하는 클램프를 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스핀모터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전자는 상기 허브에 현수되어 상기 환상 자석을 지지하는 하우징을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스핀모터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 수단은 상기 베어링이 위치하는 하우징을 또한 포함하며, 상기 고정자 수단은 다수의 코일 적층체를 포함하고, 상기 적층체는 상기 베어링 하우징의 둘레에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 스핀모터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 볼베어링의 볼은 동일한 크기로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 스핀모터.
  6. 축과, 내경과 외경이 다르고 상기 축에 장착되는 제1 및 제2 볼베어링과, 상기 베어링이 내장되고 간섭끼워맞춤 형태로 상기 베이스내에서 쇼율더와 결합하는 베어링 하우징과, 상기 베어링 하우징 둘레에 위치하는 적층체와, 상기 적층체 상에서 지지되는 다수의 코일과, 상기 축에 의해 지지되고 상기 다중 디스크 기억매체를 지지하는 허브와, 상기 허브에 의해 지지되며 상기 코일 둘레에 위치하는 환상 자석으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 드라이브용 스핀모터.
