Description
式N*n=2F/R(nは1または2の少なくとも一方)
で表されるNを除いた運転周波数で駆動するようにしたもので、転動体が回転することにより発生する通過振動が密閉容器内空間の共鳴周波数により増幅されないので、転がり軸受を備えた低騒音の圧縮機を提供することができる。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における圧縮機の縦断面図、図2は、同実施の形態における圧縮機の要部断面拡大図、図3は、同実施の形態における転がり軸受の拡大図、図4は同実施の形態における圧縮機の騒音特性図である。

Claims (4)
- 密閉容器内に固定子と回転子とを備えた電動要素と、前記電動要素によって駆動される圧縮要素を収容し、前記圧縮要素は、前記回転子を固定したシャフトと、圧縮室を形成するシリンダブロックと、前記シリンダブロックに設けられ前記シャフトを軸支する軸受と、前記軸受と前記シャフトとの間に配設され、かつ転動体が前記回転子の回転数の半分の速度で前記シャフトの周りを回転する転がり軸受とを備え、前記電動要素はインバータによって複数の運転周波数で駆動されるとともに、前記転がり軸受の転動体の数をR、運転周波数をN、前記密閉容器内空間の共鳴周波数をFとしたとき、
式N*n=2F/R(nは1または2の少なくとも一方)
で表されるNを除いた運転周波数で駆動される密閉型圧縮機。 - 転がり軸受をスラスト軸受とした請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 転がり軸受をラジアル軸受とした請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 転がり軸受の少なくとも1つを密閉容器内空間の共鳴モードの節に配置した請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
