Abstract

테레프탈산 100중량부에 대하여 이소프탈산 5∼15중량부, 에틸렌 글리콜 100중량부에 대하여 1,4－시클로헥산디메탄올 2∼30중량부 첨가하고 벤조트리아졸계 또는 벤조 페논계의 자외선 흡수제를 폴리에스테르 공중합체 100중량부에 대하여 0.05∼2중량부 첨가하고 에스테르화 반응으로 폴리에스테르 공중합체를 얻어 필름상으로 제조하였을때 이 필름은 35㎛두께에서 자외선 차폐능이 350㎜ 자외선에 대하여 2%T 이하이고, 광투명성이 헤이즈 값으로 3% 이하이며, 100℃에서 5분간 열처리하였을때, 수축율이 40∼70%이고, 박리강도가 700gf/㎟ 이상의 물리적 특성을 갖는다

Claims (6)

  1. 테레프탈레이트 및 테레프탈레이트 100중량부에 대하여 5∼15중량부의 이소프탈산으로 이루어진 디카르복실산과, 비스 히드록시 에틸 테레프탈레이트, 에틸렌글리콜 및 에틸렌글리콜 100중량부에 대하요 2∼30중량부의 1,4－시클로헥산디메탄올로 이루어진 디올과, 상기한 디카르복실산과 디올로 생성되는 공중합체 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼1.0중량부의 자외선 안정제와, 상기한 디카르복실산과 디올로 생성되는 공중합체 100중량부에 대하여 0.005∼1.0중량부의 무정형 실리카로, 구성된 폴리에스테르 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 자외선 안정제는 2－(히드록시－5－옥틸페닐) 벤조트리아졸, 2－(히드록시－4－벤질옥시) 벤조페논, 2,4－디히드록시－벤조페논으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리에스테르 공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 무정형 실리카의 평균입경은 0.01∼3.5㎛인 폴리에스테르 공중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 차폐 폴리에스테르 공중합체로 된 자외선 차폐 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 필름은, 투명도가 35㎛의 두께에서 헤이즈 값으로 5% 이하이고, 자외선 투과율이 350㎜ 파장의 자외선에 대하여 3%T (퍼센트 투과율) 이하인 광학 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차폐 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 필름은, 필름을 100℃에서 5분간 열처리할때 열수축율이 40∼70%이고, 박리강도가 700gf/㎟ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 차폐 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
