Abstract

본 발명은 니오븀 및(또는) 탄탈륨 성분을 대응하는 금속 성분 및 대응하는 납 성분과 습식 혼합하고, 건조 및 하소시켜 일반식 Pb3Me(Ⅱ)A2O3또는 Pb2Me(Ⅲ)AO6(여기서, A는 Nb 및(또는) Ta이고, Me=Mg, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Cd, Cu 및(또는) Zn임)에 해당하는 페로브스카이트 구조의 납 금속 니오베이트 및(또는)탄탈레이트를 제조하는 방법을 개시하고 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 니오븀 및(또는) 탄탈륨 성분을 그의 수산화물 또는 산의 형태로 사용하여 대응하는 금속 성분 및 대응하는 납 성분과 습식 혼합시키고, 건조 및 하소시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 일반식 Pb3Me(Ⅱ)A2O3또는 Pb2Me(Ⅲ)AO6(여기서, A는 Nb 및(또는) Ta이고, Me=Mg, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Cd, Cu 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨)에 해당하는 페로브스카이트 구조의 납 금속 니오베이트 및(또는) 탄탈레이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모든 성분들의 습식 혼합물이 단일 공정으로 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 습식 혼합이 5 내지 90분에 걸쳐서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 하소가 600 내지 1000℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 하소가 600 내지 1000℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제5항의 방법에 의해 제조되고, 추가로 3w/o미만의 피로글로르상 함량을 갖는, 일반식 Pb3Me(Ⅱ)A2O3또는 Pb2Me(Ⅲ)AO6(여기서, A는 Nb 및(또는) Ta이고, Me=Mg, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Cd, Cu 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨)의 페로브스카이트 구조 물질.
