Abstract

가스압 작동의 로우터리액츄에이터를 구동부로 하는 트리텐셔너에 있어서, 액츄에이터부의 가스누출을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
로우터리 액튜에이터작동 프리텐셔너의 구성은 다음과 같다.
액츄에이터(1)는 실린더(10)와 베인(121)이 달린 로우터(12)를 구비한다. 격벽(112)과 로우터(12)사이를 시일부재(13)로 밀봉한다. 시일부재(13)는 탄성부하장치(14)에 의하여 로우터(12)에 압접시킨다. 가스발생기(2)로부터 실린더(10)의 가압실(102A)쪽으로 공급되는 가스가 시일부재(13)에 의하여 누출이 저지되고, 가압실(102A)에서 배압실(102B)로의 가스누출이 저지되고, 로우터(12)의 베인(121)에 유효하게 가스압이 작용되고, 로우터(12)가 효율양호하게 회전한다.

제 1 도는 본 발명의 한 실시예를 일부 단면도에서 표시하는 정면도이다. 제 2 도는 상기한 실시예의 시이트벨트 리트랙터에 부착한 형태를 표시하는 축방향 단면도이다. 제 3 도는 상기한 실시예의 구성요소를 분해하여 표시하는 사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 가스발생기(2)와 그 가스발생기에서 공급되는 생성가스를 구동원으로써 시이트벨트를 감아들이는 액츄에이터(11)로 구성되고, 그 액츄에이터는 전기한 가스생기에 연통하는 작동실(102)이 형성된 실린더(10)와, 그 실린더에 회전자재하게 지지되어 전기한 작동실 내에 설치되어 있으며, 전기한 실린더에 형성된 격벽(112)와 함께 전기한 작동실을 가스발생기에 연통하는 가압실(102A)과 대기에 개방된 배압실로 구획하는 베인(121)은 보유하는 로우터(12)등을 구비하는 로우터리액츄에이터작동 프리텐셔너에 있어서, 전기한 격벽에 그 격벽과 전기한 로우터 사이를 밀봉하는 시일부재(13)가 설치되어 있으며, 그 시일부재는 탄성부하장치에 의하여 전기한 로우터에 압접된 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리액츄에이터작동 프리텐셔너.
