Abstract

가스압작동의 로터리 액츄에이터를 구동하는 프리텐셔너에 있어서, 액츄에이터의 로우터 지지부로부터의 가스누출을 방지한다.
액츄에이터는 실린더(10)(10a)와 링부분(122)을 실린더의 환상플랜지(105)(191)에 지지한 베인(121)이 부착된 로우터(12)를 구비한다. 링부분(122)은 그 내주면을 환상플랜지(105)(191)의 외주면에 지지된다. 가스 제너레이터로부터 실린더(10)의 가압실(102A)측에 공급되는 가스압(P)이, 로우터(12)를 배압실(102B)방향으로 변위시키기 때문에, 가압실(102A)측의 링부분(122)과 환상플랜지(105)(191)와의 사이가 누출이 멈추어지고, 가압실(102A)로부터 계합공간으로의 가스누출이 저지되고, 로우터(12)의 베인(121)에 유효하게 가스압이 작용하여 로우터(12)가 효율좋게 회전한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 가스 제너레이터(2)와, 그 가스 제너레이터(2)로부터 공급되는 생성가스를 구동원으로하여 시이트벨트를 감아들이는 액츄에이터(1)로 구성되고, 그 액츄에이터(1)는 전기한 가스 제너레이터(2)에 연동하는 작동실(102)을 형성한 실린더와, 그 실린더에 링부분(122)을 회전자재하게 지지하여 진기한 작동실(102)내에 배설되고, 전기한 실린더에 형성된 격벽(112)과 협동해서 전기한 작동실(102)을 가스 제너레이터(2)에 연통하는 가압실(102A)과 대기 개방된 배압실(102B)로 구획된 레인(121)을 보유하는 로우터(12)를 구비하는 로우터 액츄에이터작동 프리텐셔너에 있어서, 전기한 실린더에는 전기한 작동실(102)내에 돌출하는 환상플랜지(105)(191)가 형성되고, 전기한 로우터(12)의 링부분(122)은 그 내주면을 전기한 환상플랜지(105)(191)의 외주면에 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 액츄에이터작동 프리텐셔너.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 베인(121)의 가압실(102A)측에 생성가스의 압력에 의해 전기한 실린더에 압접되는 엘라스토머 시일부재(16)가 첨설된 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 액츄에이터작동 프리텐셔너.
