Abstract

본 발명은 원심펌프에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 임팰러커버의 구조를 변형하여 펌프실에 위치한 임팰러와 임팰러커버와의 간극차를 외부에서 임의적으로 조절하도록 하여 펌프의 사용 상태에 따라 원심력을 증감할 수 있는 원심펌프를 제공하는데 있다.
이러한 목적을 실현하기 위한 본 발명에 의한 원심펌프는 펌프실을 형성하여 유체의 흡입·토줄이 이루어지는 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 펌프실에 위치하여 전동기의 회전자축 구동에 따라 회전하는 임팰러와, 상기 임팰러가 위치하는 펌프실을 밀봉하기 위하여 펌프실 외주연에 기밀히 정착하는 임팰러커버로 구성하는 원심펌프에 있어서, 상기 임팰러커버는 펌프실 외주연에 기밀히 장착하는 안내관과, 안내관에 기밀히 압입하여 임팰러와 일정간극을 유지하고 펌프실을 통파하는 유체의 외부유출을 방지하는 차폐부재와 회동하여 차폐부재를 외부에서 전·후진 할 수 있도록 일측을 차폐부재에 연결한 상태에서 그 타측이 안내관의 외부로 일정 범위 돌출한 조작부재로 이루어진 것을 본 발명의 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 펌프실을 형성하여 유체의 흡입·토출이 이루어지는 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 펌프실에 위치하여 전동기의 회전자축 구동에 따라 회전하는 임팰러와, 상기 임팰러가 위치하는 펌프실을 밀봉하기 위하여 펌프실 외주연에 기밀히 정착하는 임팰러커버로 구성하는 원심펌프에 있어서, 상기 임팰러커버는 펌프실 외주연에 기밀히 장착하는 안내관과, 안내관에 기밀히 압입하여 임팰러와 일정간극을 유지하고 펌프실을 통하는 유체의 외부유출을 방지하는 차폐부재와 회동하여 차폐부재를 외부에서 전·후진 할 수 있도록 일측을 차폐부재에 연결한 상태에서 그 타측이 안내관의 외부로 일정 범위 돌출한 조작부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
