Abstract

본 발명은 조작자 입력에 응답해 상태를 제어하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 장치는 제1,2고정자 권선을 직각으로 갖는 스테퍼 모터의 회전자 축에 결합된 회전자 노브를 포함하며, 이때 각 권선은 각 권선에 대해 제 1,2권선 부분을 제공하도록 중심이 인출되 접지된다. 제1권선 부분 쌍은 노브의 임의 방향 회전에 따라 펄스 제어 시스템을 통해 마이크로 프로세서에 펄스 입력을 급브하는데 사용되며, 이때 각 마이크로 프로세서는 전압원이나 전류 제어원일수 있는 직류 전원 제어원을 포함하는 제동제어 시스템에 명령신호를 공급한다. 계속해서 전원 제어원은 제2권선 부분쌍과 회로를 이룬다. 프로세서의 명령에 따라, 다른 쌍의 권선부분을 여자시킴으로써 힘 또는 토오크가 회전자에 공급되는데, 그 힘은 노브의 회전 방향에 대향하여 공급된 전력에 비례하는 것이다. 마이크로 프로세서의 제어하에서, 상기 힘을 기계적인 이 정지 장치나 제동을 위한 일정한 힘(이들 중 하나는 조작자에게 촉지성 궤환을 제공한다)을 시뮬레이트 하기 위해 간헐적으로 공급할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 제1,2부분을 각각 갖는 제 1,2권선과 축을 지니는 모터 수단, 상기 축과 회전하도록 결합된 수동으로 회전가능한 부재, 프로세서 수단, 상기 제1,2권선 부분들 중 소정의 것들에 결합되고 상기 부재의 회전에 응답하여 상기 부재의 동작 파라미터들을 나타내는 신호들을 상기 모터 수단으로부터 상기 프로세서 수단에 공급되는 수단, 및 상기 프로세서 수단과 상기 제1,2 권선 부분들 중 나머지 것들에 결합되 상기 프로세서 수단으로부터 명령들을 수신하여 상기 제1,2권선부분들 중의 상기 나머지 것들을 여자시켜 상기 축에 상기 부재의 회전력 방향에 대항하는 힘을 공급하는 출력수단으로 이루어지는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터는 스테퍼 모터인 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동작 파라미터들은 적어도 일 운동속도, 방향 및 각 회전을 포함하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 모터 수단은 스테퍼 모터이고 권선들은 직각으로 이루고 있는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수동으로 회전가능한 부재는 모터 수단의 축에 결합된 제어 노브인 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2권선 부분들 중 소정의 것들에 결합된 상기수단은 상기 모터 수단으로부터의 상기 신호를 수신하는 비교기 수단을 포함하는 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비교기 수단은 상기 제1,2권선 부분 각각을 위한 비교기를 포함하고, 상기 제1,2권선부분 중 소정의 것들에 결합된 상기 수단은 양 비교기의 출력을 수신하여 상기 모터 수단으로부터 온 신호의 위상차에 근거한 회전방향에 관한 정보를 제공하는 디코더 수단으로 포함하는 장치.
  8. 프로세서 제어식 비디오 테이프 녹화 시스템에 있어서, 제1,2부분으로 각각 분할되는 직각형태의 제1,2권선과 축을 지니는 모터 수단을 제공하는 단계, 상기 모터 수단의 축과 회전하도록 제어 노브를 접속시키는 단계, 노브의 회전에 따라 상기 제 1,2권선 부분 중 소정의 것들로부터 온 신호들을 디코딩해 노브 동작 파라미터들과 관련된 정보를 제공하는 단계, 및 프로세서의 제어를 받아, 제 1,2권선 부분 중 나머지 것들에 전력을 공급해 상기모터 수단에 제어 노브의 회전방향에 대향하는 토오크를 제공하는 단계로 이루어지는, 제어 노브의 회전에 따라 조작자에게 촉지성 피드백을 공급하는 방법.
