Abstract

본 발명은 유체 윤활유를 전달하여 차량 탠덤 액슬 어셈블리(100)의 전진 베어링 지지부재(26)를 윤활하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 장치는 유체 윤활유가 차동기어 어셈블리(14)에 의해 퇴적된 제2개방측 트러프(38)를 포함한다. 트러프(38)은 베어링부재(26)의 중앙선에 위쪽, 아래쪽으로 기운 제2개방측 트러프(40)와 유체연통하고, 차량이 경사면을 올라가는 동안 유체 윤활유를 베어링 부재(26)쪽으로 흐르게 하여 이를 윤활시키는데 효과적이다.

제2도는 탠덤 액슬장치의 외부부품이 제거된 제1도의 탠덤 액슬장치의 하우징의 단면도.
제3도는 선(3-3)에서 본 제2도의 하우징벽의 트루프(40)의 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 탠덤 액슬 어셈블리(100)에 작동할 수 있게 연결되어 있으며 그의 하부가 유체 윤활유의 제1리저버(28)에 잠겨진 제1챔버(1)와, 이 제1챔버(1)의 중앙 앞쪽에 위치하고 제1간막이벽(30)에 의해 분리되며, 입력축(6)에 의해 회전할 수 있게 구동되고 유체 윤활유의 제 2리저버(32)에 잠긴 저부를 지닌 회전 차동 어셈블리(14)를 포함하는 제2챔버와, 제2챔버(2)의 앞쪽에 위치하고 제2간막이벽(34)에 의해 분리되며, 제2간막이벽(34)을 통하는 구멍(2)을 통해 제2챔버(2)로부터 제3챔버로 연장한 차동 어셈블리(14)의 기어(5)에 의해 회전할 수 있게 구동되고 전달기어(16)의 회전에 따라 링기어(23)를 구동하도록 회전하는 피니온 기어(20)를 지닌 회전축(18)에 고정된전달기어(16)를 포함하는 제3챔버와, 이 제3챔버 (3)의 왼쪽에 위치하고 제3챔버(3)와 유체 연통하고 이에 설치된 전진 베어링 부재(26)를 지닌 제4챔버(4)를 포함하는 하우징(15)를 구비한 차량 탠덤 액슬 어셈블리(100)의 입력축(6)을 회전할 수 있게 지지하는 전진 베어링 부재(26)에 유체 윤활유를 전달하는 장치는, 하우징벽(15)에 제1개방측 트러프(38)가 마련되어 있으며, 이 트러프의 개방측은 제2챔버(2)에 마주하고 있고 입력축(6)과 평행관계로 제2챔버를 가로질러 제2간막이벽(34)을 통해 앞쪽으로 연장되어 있으며, 이 제2간막이벽을 제2개방측 트러프(40)와 유체 연결되어 있고 이 제2개방측 트러프의 개방측은 제3챔버(3)에 마주하고 이 제3챔버를 따라 소정의 경사(X)로 제4챔버에 윗쪽 및 아래쪽으로 연장되어 있으며 전진 베어링 부재(26)의 중앙과 일치하게 끝나고, 상기 제1트러프(36)는 제2유체 윤활유 리저버(2)로부터 차등 어셈블리에 의해 이에 운반할 때 축적된 유체 윤활
    유를 모으도록 작동하고, 상기 제2트러프 경사(40)는 차량이 경사면에 있을때 중력에 의해 유체 윤활유를 아래로 흐르게 하여 전진 베어링을 윤활하고 전달기어(16)가 회전할때 유체 윤활유를 모으게 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전진 베어링 부재에 유체 윤활유를 전달하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2트러프 아래경사(X)는 수평면 아래로 15°기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전진 베어링 부재에 유체 윤활유를 전달하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2트러프(40)는 제3챔버(3)에 연장하고 유체 윤활유를 제2트러프(40)로 퇴적시키는 것을 향상시키도록 잘동하는 하부립(42)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전진 베어링 부재에 유체 윤활유를 전달하는 장치.
