Abstract

본 발명은 소맥분 단일 소재로 제조되는 전통적인 국수 식품관 달리 국수의 조성성분을 율무, 현미, 팥, 검정콩, 행인 전분 등 비교적 성인병 예방에 효과가 있는 건강식품을 소재로하여 국수를 제조하므로서 영양간식은 물론 성인병 예방의 건강식품으로 널리 보급할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 국수를 제조함에 있어서, 율무 15%, 현미15%, 팥8%, 검정콩10%, 행인2%, 전분10%, 밀가루 40%의 배합비율로된 분말 100㎏에 식염 1㎏과 소량의 식용소다(탄산나트륨)를 혼입 교반한 후 온수 20~30㎏을 넣어 반죽하여 통상의 국수제조기에서 국수를 제조함을 특징으로 함에 그 요지가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 국수를 제조함에 있어서, 율무15%, 현미15%, 팥8%, 검정콩10%, 행인2% 전분10%, 밀가루40%의 배합비율로된 분말 100㎏에 식염 1㎏과 소량의 식용소다(탄산나트륨)를 혼입 교반한 후 온수 20~30㎏을 넣어 반죽하여 통상의 국수제조기에서 국수를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 건강국수의 제조방법.
