Abstract
본 발명은 알데히드기 또는 케론기를 가질 수 있는 다가 알코올과 AIT를 포함하는 항미생물성 조성물, 계면활성제와 상기 조성물을 포함하는 항미생물성 조성물, 미생물 처리 방법, 및 야채등의 신선도 유지 방법에 관한 것이며, 상기 두 방법은 부패 용이물과 같은 표적 물질을 본 발명의 조성물 또는 상기 조성물을 함유하는 수용액으로 처리하는 것을 포함한다.

제1도는 AIT-함유 항미생물성 조성물의 물에서의 용해도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (17)
- 다가 알코올 및 알릴 이소티오시아네이트를 포함하는 항미생물성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다가 알코올이 알데히드기 또는 케톤기를 가지는 항미생물성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면 활성제를 추가로 포함하는 항미생물성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 중량부의 알릴 이소티오시아네이트와, 알데히드기 또는 케톤기를 가지는 1 내지 100 중량부의 다가 알코올을 포함하는 항미생물성 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 알릴 이소티오시아네이트 1 중량부당 0.05 내지 1 중량부의 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는 항미생물성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알데히드기 또는 케톤기를 가질 수 있는 다가 알코올이 말토우즈, 락토우즈, 만니트, 프로필렌 글리콜, 및 프로필렌 글리콜 알기네이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 항미생물성 조성물.
- 제3항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면 활성제가 1 내지 20의 HLB를 가지는 항미생물성 조성물.
- 표적 물질을 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 조성물로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 미생물 처리 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 표적 물질을 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물로 세척하거나, 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물을 그 표적 물질상에 분무하거나, 또는 상기 조성물 또는 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물을 그 표적 물질에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 미생물 처리 방법.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 그 방법이 세척하는 것일 때, 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물의 AIT 농도가 0.001내지 0.1 w/w%인 미생물 처리 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 그 방법이 분무하는 것일 때 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물의 AIT 농도가 0.001 내지 0.1 w/w%인 미생물 처리 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리 표적이 부패 용이물인 미생물 처리 방법.
- 제8항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리될 표적 물질이 절임물인 미생물 처리 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 그절임물이 0.001 내지 0.1w/w%의 AIT 농도를 가지는 조미액에서 절여지는 미생물 처리 방법.
- 야채, 과일 및 절단된 화초를 제1항 내지 제7항의 조성물로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 야채, 과일 및 절단된 화초의 신선도 유지 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 야채, 과일 및 절단된 화초를 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물로 세척하거나, 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물을 그들상에 분무하거나, 또는 상기 조성물 또는 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물을 그들에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 야채, 과일 및 절단된 화초의 신선도 유지 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 함유하는 물의 AIT 농도가 0.001 내지 0.1w/w%인 야채, 과일 및 절단된 화초의 신선도 유지 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
