Abstract

본 발명은 자기 유도성을 사용하여 유전체를 통하여 전력을 전송하기 위한 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기에 관한것이다. 결합기의 코일은 1차 및 2차 회로를 용이하게 분해시켜 준다. 1차 및 2차 코일이 결합될 때에 매우 낮은 누설 인덕턴스 변압기가 형성된다. 이러한 것은 고전력 밀도로 고주파 동작을 양호하게 수행한다. 결합기는 금속과 금속의 접촉이 없는 전력전송을 허용한다. 이러한 설계는 변압기로부터 1차 또는 2차 코일을 용이하게 제거시킨다. 코일은 매우 낮은 누설 인덕턴스 및 고주파 동작을 허용하는 매우 낮은 고주파 저항을 갖고 있다.
전력 전송 밀도는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기로 이전에 달성된 전력 전송 밀도보다 훨씬크다. 230w/16.386㎤의 전기 밀도를 산출할 때에 약6000w가 422.76㎤의 체적을 갖고 있는 분리 가능한 유동성 결합기의 변형부를 통하여 전송된다.
결합기는 추진 밧데리를 재충전시키는 전기 차량과 같은 부하에 전기를 결합시키기 위한 안전하고 편리한 전천후 장치를 제공하는데 적합하다.

Claims (19)

  1. 손잡이를 갖고 있는 하우징, 하우징에 배치된 개구를 갖고 있는 1차 권선 및 외부 전원으로부터 전력을 결합시키는데 적합한 1차 권선에 결합된 전기 케이블을 포함하는 제거 가능한 1차 코일 및 밧데리에 결합될 수 있는 2차 코일에 배치된 2차 권선을 각각 갖고 있는 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부를 포함하는 2차 코일을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 개방 및 폐쇄 위치에 제공되도록 분리될 수 있으며, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 개방위치에 있을 때에 1차 코일이 상기 각각의 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부 사이에 삽입될 수 있고, 상기 각각의 제1및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 폐쇄된 위치에 있을 때에 상기 1차 및 2차 코일이 변압기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 1차 및 2차 권선을 캡슐로 보호하는 절연 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 물질이 나일론을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일이 구리로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일이 비교적 편팡한 나선형으로 감겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 페라이트 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한유도성 결합기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합기의 2차 코어부의 절반부를 개방 및 폐쇄시키기 위한 개구 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 개구 수단이 상기 상부 코어부에 부착된 이동 가능한 부재, 상기 하부 코어부로부터 상기 상부 코어부를 교대로 결합 및 분리시키기 위해 상기 하부 코어부에 관련하여 상기 이동 가능한 부재를 상하로 이동시키기 위한수단 및 상기 상부 및 하부 코어부가 결합될 때에 함께 상기 코어부를 유지시키기 위해 상기 이동 가능한 부재에 결합된인장 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  9. 손잡이를 갖고 있는 하우징, 하우징에 배치된 개구를 갖고 있는 1차 권선, 1차 권선을 캡슐로 보호하는 절연 물질 및 외부 전원으로부터 전력을 결합시키는데 적합한 1차 권선에 결합된 전기 케이블을 포함하는 제거 가능한 1차 코일 및 밧데리에 결합될 수 있는 2차 코일에 배치된 2차 권선 및 각각의 2차 권선을 캡슐로 보호하는 절연 물질을 각각 갖고 있는 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부를 포함하는 2차 코일을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 개방 및폐쇄 위치에 제공되도록 분리될 수 있으며, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 개방 위치에 있을 때 1차 코일이 상기 각각의 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부 사이에 삽입될 수 있고, 상기 각각의 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 폐쇄된 위치에 있을 때에 상기 1차 및 2차 코일이 변압기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절연 물질이 나일론을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일이 구리로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일이 비교적 편평한 나선형으로 감겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 페라이트 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 결합기의 2차 코어의 절반부를 개방 및 폐쇄시키기 위한 개구 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 개구 수단이 상기 상부 코어부에 부착된 이동 가능한 부재, 상기 하부 코어부로부터 상기 상부 코어부를 교대로 결합 및 분리시키기 위해 상기 하부 코어부가 결합될 때에 함께 상기 코어부를 유지시키기 위해 상기 이동가능한 부재에 결합된 인장 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  16. 손잡이를 갖고 있는 하우징, 상대적으로 편평한 나선형과 하우징에 배치된 개구를 갖고 있는 구리 1차 권선, 1차 권선을캡슐로 보호하는 절연 물질 및 외부 전원으로부터 전력을 결합시키는데 적합한 2차 권선에 결합된 전기 케이블을 포함하는 제거 가능한 1차 코일 및 각각 페라이트 물질을 포함하고, 밧데리에 결합될 수 있는 2차 코일에 배치된 비교적 편평한나선형을 갖고 있는 구리 2차 권선 및 각각의 구리 2차 권선을 캡슐로 보호하는 절연 물질을 2차 권선을 각각 갖고 있는제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부를 포함하는 2차 코일을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부를 포함하는 2차 코일을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부가 개방 및 폐쇄위치에 제공되도록 분리될 수 있으며, 상기 제1및 제2결합가능한 자기 코어부가 개방위치에 있을 때에 상기 1차 코일이 상기 각각의 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 자기 코어부 사이에 삽입될 수 있고, 상기 각각의 제1 및 제2결합 가능한자기 코어부가 폐쇄된 위치에 있을 때에 상기 1차 및 2차 코일의 변압기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 절연 물질이 나일론을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 결합기의 2차 코어의 절반부를 개방 및 폐쇄시키기 위한 개구 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 개구 수단이 상기 상부 코어부에 부착된 이동 가능한 부재, 상기 하부 코어부로부터 상기 상부 코어부를 교대로 결합 및 분리시키기 위해 상기 하부 코어부에 관련하여 상기 이동 가능한 부재를 상하로 이동시키기 위한수단 및 상기 상부 및 하부 코어부가 결합될 때에 함께 상기 코어부를 유지시키기 위해 상기 이동 가능한 부재에 결합된인장 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 가능한 유도성 결합기.
