Abstract

본발명은 (Ⅰ)은 염이 결여되어 있으며, (페놀) : (SO3)의 몰 비가(1) : (1.1 내지 2.2)인 페놀과 설폰화제의 반응 생성물⒜를 함유하는 수성 액 A속에서 원피를 산세척하고, (Ⅱ) 동일 욕에서 덱스트로즈 당량이 10 내지 100인 환원성 사카라이드⒝와 탄소수 2 내지 8의 지방족 디알데하이드⒞를 포함하는 수성 제형 B를 가하여 산 세척 처리된 원피를 예비 타닝시킴을 특징으로 하여, 원피를 산 세척하고 예비 타닝시키는 방법을 기술하였다.
조합된 1욕의 산 세척법/예비 타닝법을 사용함으로써, 중성 염과 중금속이 없는 처리욕에서 모든 통상의 타닝처리에 의한 추가 공정에 적합한 세이빙(Shaving)이 용이한 백색의 습윤가죽을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (21)

  1. (Ⅰ)은 염이 결여되어 있으며, (페놀) : (SO3)의 몰 비가 (1) : (1.1 내지 2.2)인 페놀과 설폰화제의 반응 생성물(a)를 함유하는 수성 액 A속에서 원피를 산 세척하고, (Ⅱ) 동일 욕에서 덱스트로즈 당량이 10 내지 100인 환원성 사카라이드(b)와탄소수 2 내지 8의 지방족 디알데하이드(c)를 포함하는 수성 제형 B를 가하여 산 세척 처리된 원피를 예비 타닝시킴을 특징으로 하여, 원피를 산 세척하고 예비 타닝시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(a)중 (페놀) : (SO3)의 몰 비가 (1) : (1.4 내지 1.8)인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(a)가 주성분으로서 설폰화된 디하이드록시디페닐 설폰을 함유하는 혼합물인 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수성 산 세척액 A가 피혁의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 반응 생성물(a)를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수성 산 세척액이 임의의 성분(a1)로서 C1-C3카복실산을 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 임의 성분(a1)이 포름산인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수성 액 A가 성분(a1)을 0 내지 1중량%의 농도로 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 덱스트로즈 당량이 100인 모노사카라이드이거나, 덱스트로즈 당량이 20 내지 60인 디사카라이드인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 모노사카라이드가 글루코즈인 방법.
  10. 제1항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 글루타르알데하이드인 방법.
  11. 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 덱스트로즈 당량이 100인 모노사카라이드(b)와 글루타르알데하이드(c)를 포함하는 제형 B가사용되는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 덱스트로즈 당량이 20 내지 60인 디사카라이드(b)와 글루타르알데하이드(c)를 포함하는 수성 액이 예비타닝처리에 사용되는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 2 내지 60중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 40중량%의 성분(b), 2 내지 75중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 55중량%의 성분 (c) 및 총 100%가 되도록 하는 양의 물을 포함하는 제형 B가 사용되는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c) 1몰당 0.05 내지 0.19몰의 성분(b)를 함유하는 제형 B가 사용되는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 10중량%의 성분(a)와 0 내지 5중량%의 성분(a1)을 포함하는 수성 액 A 및 2 내지 60중량%의 성분(b)와 2 내지 75중량%의 성분(c)를 포함하는 제형 B가 사용되는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 1 내지 10중량%의 (페놀) : (SO3)의 몰 비가 (1) : (1.4 내지 1.8)인 페놀과 설폰화제의 반응 생성물(a)와 0 내지 5중량%의 포름산(a1)을 포함하는 수성액 A 및 덱스트로즈 당량이 100인 2 내지 60중량%의 모노사카라이드(b)와 2 내지 75중량%의 글루타르알데하이드(c)를 포함하는 제형 B가 사용되는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 산 세척 처리시간이 90 내지 180분인 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 산 세척단계가 3 내지 4의 pH의 범위에서 수행되는 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 산 세척처리가 실온에서 수행되는 방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 산 세척처리가 20 내지 30℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  21. 제1항에 따른 방법으로 처리된 원피.
