Claims (5)

  1. 무두질액을 알데히드 및/또는 케토산 존재하에 염기성화제로 pH 3.6 내지 4.3으로 예비 염기성화한 다음 알칼리 알루미늄 실리케이트로 pH 4.2 내지 5.5로 염기성화하고, 포름산 및/또는 황산으로 씻은 생가죽을, 생가죽율을 기준하여 0.5 내지 12중량%의 크롬(Ⅲ)염으로 무두질함을 특징으로 하는 무두질액의 크롬 추출에 의한 크롬 무두질 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 무두질액이 생가죽 중량을 기준하여 0.3 내지 4.0중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 2.0중량%의 알데히드 및/또는 케토산 존재하에 생가죽 중량을 기준하여 0.3 내지 0.7중량%의 염기성화제로 예비 염기성화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 염기성화제로 산화 마그네슘, 돌로마이트
    (dolomite), 알칼리 탄산염, 알칼리 중탄산염, 알칼리 토금속 탄산염 또는 이의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 산화 마그네슘이 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제 1 내지 3 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알데히드 및/또는 케토산으로 글리옥실산이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 내지 4 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무두질액이 나트륨 알루미늄 실리케이트로 pH4.5 내지 5.0으로 염기성화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
