Abstract

와이어전극이 불의에 단선된 경우, 그 불량선단부분을 절단하여 폐기부에 신속히 도입한다.
와이어방전가공기에 있어서의 와이어전극의 공급부와 피가공물 W과의 사이에서, 회동가능한 방향변환대(25)의 하부에 배설한 와이어 가이드(40)를 회전솔레노이드(41)로 와이어전극의 가공시의 경로와 폐기시의 경로에 선택적으로 이동시킨다. 와이어가이드(40)를 미리 폐기경로에 면하게 한 상태에서, 와이어구동수단의 이송롤러(28), 핀치롤러(30)로 소정길이 만큼 와이어전극(8)의 선단을 송급(送給)하고, 이어어 와이어전극(8)을 절단수단(35)으로 절단하여 폐기부에 자동적으로 송급한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 와이어전극을 자동적으로 가설할 때에, 와이어전극의 공급측 선단부를 적절한 길이로 절단제거하는 와이어방전가공기에 있어서, 상기 와이어전극의 공급부와 피가공물과의 사이에 배설되어, 와이어전극을 피가공물에 공급하는 가공경로에 도입하기 위한 와이어가이드와, 상기 와이어전극의 공급부와 피가공물과의 사이에 배설되어, 와이어전극의 선단부를 절단하는 절단수단과, 그 절단수단에 의해 절단된 불용와이어전극을 수용하기 위한 폐기부와, 상기 가공경로와 폐기부에의 폐기경로에 선택적으로 면하게 하도록 상기 와이어가이드를 이동시키는 이동수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어방전가공기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단에 의해 상기 와이어가이드를 폐기경로측으로 이동시킨 후, 와이어전극을 소정길이만큼 송급(送給)하는 와이어구동수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어방전가공기.
