CONSTITUTION:A copy paper 1 is released from a rotating roller 2, fed with a feed roller 4, and passed by a paper side detector 7. The detection signal sent from the detector 7 is delivered to the side detector 8 of a paper cutter, and a side guide 9 is arranged in advance at the exact position in accordance with the detection result. The paper sent out from the feeder is placed on a buffer 11, with its side set to the guide 9, then the paper is inserted between a pinch roller 12 and a feed roller 13, moved forward, and exactly cut with acutter 15.
