Further, reflection type sensor 8 checks the eristance of paper. If there is no paper even a certain time after the operation of cutter 7 or if there is paper before the power source is turned on, the cutter is driven a certain time later. As a result, only the cut part of the form is carried by the development-fixation mechanism and the cut part is ejected.
