Abstract

본 발명은 부분적으로 탈활성화된 가용화 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 프로파길 알콜과 카복실산으로 처리함으로써 이의 촉매 활성을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (1)비하이드로포밀화 조건하에서 부분적으로 탈활성화된 가용화 착체 촉매를 함유하는 유기 액체 매질을 포르파길 알콜 및 일반식 RCOOH의 카복실산(여기서, R은 수소 또는 알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼을 나타낸다)과 혼합하여, 처리된 가용화 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 생성물 용액을 수득하는 단계 및(2) 생성물 용액으로부터 단계(1)에서 사용된 카복실산을 제거하여, 촉매 활성이 단계(1)의 출발물질인 부분적으로 탈활성화된 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 하이드로포밀화 촉매보다 더 큰 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 수득하는 단계를 포함하여, 부분적으로 탈활성화된 가용화 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 하이드로포밀화 촉매의 촉매 활성을 향상시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카복실산이 아세트산인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 3급 오가노포스핀이 트리페닐포스핀이거나 3-(디페닐포스피노)벤젠 설폰산의 나트륨염인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 단계(2)에서, 단계(1)의 프로파길알콜 및 카복실산 처리된 가용화 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀착체 생성물이 연속적인 비수성 하이드로포밀화 공정에 사용됨을 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 단계(2)가 필수적으로 (a)비하이드로포밀화 조건하에서 단계(1)의 처리된 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 생성물 용액과 일반식의 3급 알칸올아민(여기서, R은 탄소수 2 내지 4의 하이드록시 알킬 라디칼이고; R1및 R2는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼, 탄소수 2 내지 4의 하이드록시알킬 라디칼 및 페닐 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다) 약 1내지 약 25중량%를 함유하는 수용액을 혼합하여 단계(1)에서 사용된 3급 알칸올 아민과 카복실산과의 수용성 염을 생성시키는 단계; (b)생성된 혼합물을 개별적인 두액상으로 침강시키는 단계; (c)염을 함유하는 수성 상을 가용화 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 함유하는 유기상으로부터 분리하는 단계 및 (d) 단계(c)에 의해 수득된 분리된 유기상을 물로 세척하여, 촉매 활성이 단계(1)의 출발물질인 부분적으로 탈활성화된 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 하이드로포밀화 촉매보다 더 큰 가용화 유기 로듐-3급 오가노포스핀 착체 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 수득하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 3급 알칸올아민이 트리에탄올아민인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 단계(1)의 유기 액체 매질 출발물질에 비수성 하이드로포밀화 연속공정의 하이드로포밀화 반응 매질이 모두 포함되거나 일부 포함되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 단계(1) 및(2)를 하이드로포밀화 공정의 하이드로포밀화 반응기 속에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 단계(1)의 유기 액체 매질 출발물질에 로듐-트리페닐포스핀 착체 촉매와 약 30중량%이상의 알데히드가 함유되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 알데히드가 n-부티로알데히드와 이소부티르알데히드의 혼합물인 방법.
