Abstract
본 다층피막은 최소한 하나의 전환피막과 하나의 합성수지 피막을 포함한다. 피막은 매우 양호한 내부식성이 요구되는 급수장치 소재에 사용하도록 설계되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 다층 피막을 갖는 소재의 부분 단면도.
제2도는 급수장치 소재의 전표면상의 다른 피막 소모와 비교하여 본 발명에 따른 피막의 장시간 소모를 나타낸 시험결과의 막대 그래프.
Claims (18)
- 금속소재가 급수장치에 있고, 외향의 금속소재 기재에서 부터 피막이 전환층과 일정한 두께의 열경화성 합성수지층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제일철 금속소재의 전체표면용 다층피막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전환층을 부동화함을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전환층이 인산철과 아연의 결합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 부동화를 크롬으로 함을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 부동화를 유기물로 함을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부동화의 유기물이 탄닌산임을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 합성수지가 에폭시임을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열경화성 합성수지의 첫번째 층을 커버하는 열경화성 합성수지의 부가적 층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 최소한 다음 연속단계: -화학적 전환버스-탄염수로 세척. -수성매체에서 합성수지를 갖는 배스에서 전착 -합성수지의 경화를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제일철 금속소재의 전체표면에 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나의 피막을 사용하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탈염수 세척과 전착단계 사이에 최소한 다음 두 단계: -부동화배스 -탈염수로 세척를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 한외여과에 의하여, 전착 배스를 합성수지로 농축시킴을 특징으로 하는 사용 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속소재를 합성수지로 농축시킴을 특징으로 하는 사용 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 정전분모 또는 유동배스에 침지하여 부가적 피막을 제진한 다음 경화함을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 액체합성수지의 두 성분을 소재에 동시에 분무함을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전기이동 다음 경화함을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 금속소재가 불규칙적 형태이고, 물을 운반할 수 있고 오물과 접촉하는, 철의 탄소합금으로 구성되는 급수 장치 소재의 전체 표면을 피목하는데 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항의 피막의 용도.
- 음료수 공급장치중 주물소재의 전체 내면과 외면을 피복하는데 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항의 피막의 용도.
