Claims (17)

1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Večplastna prevleka (5) za celotno površino železnega kovinskega elementa (1), ki se uporablja za vodovodno omrežje, pri čemer prevleka (5), izhajajoč od kovinskega elementa (1) navzven, obsega vsaj eno konverzijsko plast (3), sestavljeno iz mešanice cinkovega in železovega fosfata, in plast (4) prevleke stalne debeline iz sintetične smole, ki se strdi na toploti.
2. Prevleka po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da je bila konverzijska plast (3) podvržena pasiviranju.
3. Prevleka po zahtevku 2, označena s tem, da je pasiviranje izvedeno s kromom.
4. Prevleka po zahtevku 2, označena s tem, da je pasiviranje organsko.
5. Prevleka po zahtevku 4, označena s tem, da organski produkti za pasiviranje obsegajo taninsko kislino.
6. Prevleka po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 5, označena s tem, da je omenjena sintetična smola, ki se strdi na toploti, epoksidna smola. 2
7. Prevleka po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 6, označena s tem, da obsega dodatno plast sintetične smole, ki se strdi na toploti, pri čemer ta plast prekriva plast (4) sintetične smole, ki se strdi na toploti.
8. Postopek za nanašanje prevleke (5) po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 7 na celotno površino železnega kovinskega elementa (1), obsegajoč vsaj naslednje zaporedne korake: - kemijsko konverzijsko kopel, - izpiranje z zmehčano vodo, - nalaganje z elektrolitskim odlaganjem v kopeli, ki obsega sintetično smolo, v vodnem okolju, - polimeriziranje sintetične smole.
9. Postopek po zahtevku 8, označen s tem, da med koraki izpiranja z zmehčano vodo in nalaganja z elektrolitskim odlaganjem obsega vsaj dva naslednja koraka: - kopel za pasiviranje, - izpiranje z zmehčano vodo.
10. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevkov 8 ali 9, označen s tem, da obsega obogatitev z ultrafiltriranjem tekočine kopeli za elektrolizno odlaganje v pogledu sintetične smole.
11. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevkov 8 do 10, označen s tem, da je kovinski element prekrit z dodatno zunanjo plastjo sintetične smole.
12. Postopek po zahtevku 11, označen s tem, daje dodatna plast nanešena s pra-šenjem z elektrostatskim nanašanjem ali s potopitvijo v tekočo kopel, čemur sledi 3 pečenje.
13. Postopek po zahtevku 11, označen s tem, da je nanašanje v prašku nanašanje dveh komponent tekoče sintetične smole.
14. Postopek po zahtevku 11, označen s tem, da obstoji v elektroforezi, kiji sledi pečenje.
15. Nanašanje prevleke (5) po kateremkoli izmed zahtevkov 1 do 7 za prekrivanje vse površine elementa za vodovodno omrežje, ki obstoji iz kovinske zlitine na osnovi železa in ogljika, pri čemer je omenjeni kovinski element nepravilne oblike, ki je primerna za transport vode in za dotik z zemljo.
16. Uporaba prevleke (5) po kateremkoli izmed zahtevkov 1 do 7 za prekrivanje vse notranje in zunanje površine ulitega elementa omrežja za dovajanje pitne vode.
17. Uporaba prevleke (5) po kateremkoli izmed zahtevkov 1 do 7 za kose, oblikovane v livarni.
