Claims (6)
- 변속영역과 중립위치의 사이에서 변위하는 변속조작축(3a)을 한쪽 측면에 구비하고 있는 무단변속장치(3)를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템에 있어서, 전기한 변속조작축으로부터 떨어진 영역에 설치되어서 전기한 변속조작축을 중립위치로 부세하는 중립부세수단(70)과, 전기한 변속조작축과 전기한 중립부세수단을 변위전달가능하게 연결하고 있는 연결수단(60)과, 전기한 작업차의 대지주행속도를 설정하는 속도설정수단(10)과, 전기한 속도설정수단과 전기한 중립부세수단을 변위전달가능하게 연결하고 있는 변위전달수단(50)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속장치를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 중립부세수단(70)이 전기한 무단변속장치(3)를 사이에 두고 전기한 변속조작축(3a)의 반대쪽에 설치되어 있고, 전기한 연결수단(60)은 전기한 무단변속장치의 위쪽을 건너지르는 중계 회동축(19)과, 이 중계회동축과 전기한 변속조작축(3a)을 연동연결하는 링크기구(21)(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속장치를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 변속조작축(3a)에는 진동방지를 위한 큰 질량을 보유하는 방진용링(11)이 고정되어 있고, 전기한 링크기구(21)(22)는 이 방진용링에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속장치를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 중립부세수단(70)이, 한쪽 끝이 전기한 중계 회동축(19)에 요동 가능하게 부착되고 다른쪽 끝에 V형상 절결부를 보유하며 전기한 변위전달수단(50)과 연결되어 있는 중계 회동아암(17)과, 변위가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 전기한 중계회동아암(17)의 V형상절결부에 맞닿는 캠로울러(38)를 보유하는 요동부재(39)와, 전기한 캠로울러(38)를 전기한 V형상 절결부로 부세하는 코일스프링(40)으로 구성되고, 전기한캠로울러가 전기한 V형상절결부에 위치하는 경우 전기한 변속조작축은 중립위치에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속장치를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템.
- 변속영역과 중립위치의 사이에서 변위하는 변속조작축(3a)을 한쪽 측면에 구비하고 있는 무단변속장치(3)를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템에 있어서, 전기한 변속조작축으로부터 떨어진 영역에 설치되어서 전기한 변속조작축을 중립위치로 부세하는 중립부세수단(70)과, 전기한 변속조작축과 전기한 중립부세수단을 변위전달가능하게 연결하고 있는 연결수단(60)고, 전기한 작업차의 대지주행속도를 설정하는 속도설정수단(10)과, 전기한 속도설정수단과 전기한 중립부세수단을 변위전달가능하게 연결하고 있는 변위전달수단(50)과, 시소형(seesaw type)페달(33a)(33b)과 이 페달의 변위를 전기한 변속조작축에 전달하는 페달링크기구(34)(35)(36)를 구비하여서 전기한 변속조작축을 조작하기 위한 조작페달수단(80)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속장치를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 변속조작축에는 진동방지를 위해 큰 질량을 보유하는 방진용링(11)이 고정되어 있고, 전기한 연결수단(60) 및 전기한 페달링크기구(34)(35)(36)는 이 방진용링에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속장치를 탑재한 작업차의 변속조작시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
