Claims (1)

  1. 변속레버의 조작에 따라 변속되는 자동변속기에 있어서, 상기한 변속레버와 연결되는 조절 샤프트(1)의 중립 및 주차레인지에 상당하는 외주면에 요홈(2n),(2p)이 뚫려지고, 상기한 요홈(2n),(2p)에 삽입되어지는 로드(7)를 보유한 피스톤(8)이 탄성부재(9)에 의해 탄발설치되어 솔레노이드(6)의 작용에 따라 하우징(5) 내에서 이동 가능하게 이루어지는 홀딩수단(3)의 (-)측이 브레이크 패달(10)의 작동에 따라 온오프되는 브레이크 스위치(11)를 개재하여 접지선으로 연결됨과 아울러(+)측이 점화스위치(12)와 연결되는 주차위치 신호선(L1) 또는 중립위치 신호선(L2)과 연결되어 점화스위치(12)가 온시로드(7)가 요홈(2n),(2p)에 삽입되어 변속 불가능한 상태로 되고, 브레이크 패달(10)을 밟았을 때 브레이크 스위치(11)가 오프되어 홀딩수단(3)의 로드(7)가 요홈(2n),(2p)에서 이탈되어 변속 가능하게됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기의 안전장치.
