Abstract

고정세의 HD신호를 분할하고, 합성한 경우의 화질 열화를 방지한다.
추출 회로(5)에서의 HD신호의 저역 신호가 예를들면 이산 코사인 변화 회로(7), 양자화 회로(8), 가변 장부호화 회로(9), 엔코더 회로(11)을 통해서 기록 헤드(12)을 공급된다.
이 양자의 회로(8)에서의 신호가 역양자화 회로(17)을 통해서 감산 회로(18)에 공급되고, 또 변환 회로(7)에서의 신호가 감산회로(18)에 공급된다. 이것에 의해서 압축된 신호를 복원한 신호와 이전의 신호와의 차분 신호가 형성된다. 이 차분 신호가 양자화 회로(19), 런렝스 부호화 회로(20), 가변 장부호화 회로(21)를 통해서 가산회로(16)에 공급된다. 게다가, 추출 회로(6)에서의 HD신호의 고역 신호가 양자화 회로(13), 런렝스 부호화 회로(14), 가변 장부호화 회로(15)를 통해서 가산 회로(16)에 공급되고, 이 가산 회로(16)에서의 신호가 엔코더회로(22)를 통해서 기록 헤드(23)에 공급된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 소정의 비트레이트로 형성된 디지탈의 고정세의 영상 신호를 수직 방향의 서브 밴드 필터로 고역 신호와 저역 신호로 분할하고, 이 저역 신호의 비트레이트를 압축해서 디지탈의 표준 영상 신호와 동등의 신호가 되도록 함과 동시에, 이 압축된 신호를 복원한 신호와 이전의 신호와의 차분 신호를 형성하고, 이 차분 신호와 상기 고역신호를 합성해서 이 합성 신호를 상기 디지탈의 표준 영상 신호의 비트레이트로 압축하고, 이 압축된 상기 저역신호와 상기 합성 신호를 교대로 트랙에 기록 재생하도록 한 디지탈 비디오 테이프 레코더.
