Abstract

본 발명은 방향족 폴리이미드가 갖는 우수한 내열성을 유지하면서 단량체로 사용되는 두종류의 방향족 유기산 이무수물과 방향족 디아민을 규칙적으로 배열하여 각 단량체들의 특성을 조화시키는 방법으로 우수한 가공성 및 기계적 물성을 갖는 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 폴리이미드 공중합체는 유기용매중에서 일반식(I)

Claims (46)

  1. 일반식
  2. 중에서 선택한다)로 표시되는 디아민 조성물.
  3. 유기용매 중에서 일반식
  4. 기들 중에서 선택한다)으로 표시되는 화합물을 아실화 반응시켜 염화아실화합물을 제조한 후 일반식 NH2-R2-NH2(식중 R2
  5. 기들 중에서 선택한다)로 표시되는 디아민을 과량으로 사용하거나 일반식
  6. NH2-R3-NO2(식중 R3는),
  7. 또는기들 중에서 선택한다)로 표시되는 니트로 아민과 반응시킨 후 수
  8. 소화 반응시켜 일반식
  9. 기들 중에서 선택한다)을 갖는 디아민의 제조방법.

  11. (식중 R1은 단환식 방향족기 또는 산소 분자에 의해 연결된 비축합 다환식 방향족기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 기를 표시하며, R2와 R3는 단환식 방향족기 또는 방향족기가 직접 혹은 가교원에 의해 상호 연결된 비축합 다환식 방향족기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 기를 표시한다)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리아미드산에스테르 조성물.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, R1R2R3인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드산에스테르 조성물.

  37. (식중 R4또는기들 중에서 선택되며, R5와 R6와,또는기들 중에서 선택된다)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리아미드산에스테르를 얻고 이들을 50∼400℃로 가열하여 일반식
  38. (식중 R7도는기들 중에서 선택되며, R8와 R9또는기들 중에서 선택된다)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리아미드의 제조방법.
