Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 비루스 또는 세균 등의 병원성 및 항원성 미립자도 흡착할 수 있는 신규의 필터재 및 그의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 0. 5-30중량%의 인산 칼슘 분말 및 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반하여 처리액을 제조하고, 이 처리액을 소재 시트에 부착시킨 다음 건조시키는 것으로 이루어진다.

필터재 및 그의 제조 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 특허 청구의 범위 제6항 및 제7항에 기재된 발명을 설명하기 위한 선 도면, 제2도는 특허 청구의 범위 제8항에 기재된 발명에 있어서, 인산 칼슘 분말을 소재 시트에 뿜어 부착시키는 장치의 도식적 단면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 인산 칼슘 분말을 β-1, 3-글루칸을 개재하여 소재 시트에 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재.
  2. 0. 5-30중량%의 인산 칼슘 분말 및 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반하여 처리액을 제조하는 제1공정, 이 처리액중에서 소재 시트를 침지시켜서 끌어올리는 제2 공정 및 끌어 올린 소재 시트를 건조시키는 제3 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  3. 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반한 다음 0. 5-30중량%의 인산 칼슘 분말을 투입하여 저속 교반함으로써 처리액을 제조하는 제1공정, 이 처리액중에서 소재 시트를 침지시켜서 끌어올리는 제2 공정 및 끌어 올린 소재 시트를 건조시키는 제3 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  4. 0. 5-30중량%의 인산 칼슘 분말 및 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반하여 처리액을 제조하는 제1공정, 이 처리액을 소재 시트에 분무하는 제2 공정 및 처리액이 분무된 소재 시트를 건조시키는 제,3 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  5. 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반한 다음 0. 5-30중량%의 인산 칼슘 분말을 투입하여 저속 교반함으로써 처리액을 제조하는 제1공정, 이 처리액을 소재 시트에 분무하는 제2 공정 및 처리액이 분무된 소재 시트를 건조시키는 제3 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  6. 0. 5-30중량%의 인산 칼슘 분말 및 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반하여 처리액을 제조하는 제1공정, 이 처리액을 회전하는 롤러를 사용하여 소재 시트에 부착시키는 제2 공정 및 처리액을 부착시킨 소재 시트를 건조시키는 제3 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  7. 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반한 다음 0. 5-30중량%의 인산 칼슘 분말을 투입하여 저속 교반함으로써 처리액을 제조하는 제1공정, 이 처리액을 회전하는 롤러를 사용하여 소재 시트에 부착시키는 제2 공정 및 처리액을 부착시킨 소재 시트를 건조시키는 제3 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  8. 0. 5-10중량%의 β-1, 3-글루칸을 온수중에서 고속 교반하여 균일하게 분산시킴으로써 전처리액을 제조하는 제1공정, 이 전처리액을 소재 시트에 부착시키는 제2 공정, 소재 시트에 부착된 전처리액이 완전히 건조되지 않는 동안에 인산칼슘 분말을 소재 시트에 부착시키는 제3 공정 및 전처리액 및 인산 칼슘 분말을 부착시킨 소재 시트를 건조시키는 제4 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에서, 전처리액에 소재 시트를 침지하여 끌어 올림으로써 전처리액을 소재 시트에 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에서, 소재 시트에 전처리액을 분무함으로써 전처리액을 소재 시트에 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에서 일부를 전처리액에 침지시킨 회전 롤러에 소재 시트를 접촉시킴으로서, 소재 시트에 전처리액을 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제3 공정에서, 전처리액을 부착시킨 소재 시트에 인산 칼슘 분말을 살포함으로써, 소재 시트에 인삼 칼슘 분말을 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
  13. 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제3 공정에서, 전처리액을 부착시킨 소재 시트에 인산 칼슘 분말을 뿜어 부착시킴으로써, 소재 시트에 인삼 칼슘 분말을 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터재의 제조 방법.
