Abstract
알데히드 또는 비대칭 케톤을 시아나이드 그룹 공여체와 회석제중에서 S-하이드록시니트릴 리아제의 존재하 반응시키고 형성된 시아노히드린을 반응 혼합물로부터 분리함으로써 광학 활성 시아노히드린의 S에난티오머를 에난티오 선택적으로 제조하는 방법.

Claims (10)
- 알데히드 또는 비대칭 케톤을 희석제중의 시아나이드 그룹공여체와 S-하이드록시니트릴 리아제의 존재하에 반응시키고 형성된 시아노히드린을 반응 혼합물로부터 분리함을 특징으로 하여, 알데히드 또는 비대칭 케톤을 시아나이드 그룹 공여체와 반응시킴으로씨 광학 활성 시아노히드린의 S에난티오머를 에난티오선택적으로(enantioselectively)제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 알데히드를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 또는 방향족 알데히드를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시아나이드 그룹 공여체로서 일반식(R1)(R2)C(OH)(CN)의 시아노히드린(여기에서, R1및 R2는 일킬 그룹이다)을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시아나이드 그룹 공여체로서 아세톤 시아노히드린을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 희석제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 pH3 내지 5의 수정 완충 용액중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 헤베아 브라실리엔시스(Hevea brasiliensis) 또는 소르굼 비콜로(Sorghum bicolor)로부터의 S-하이드록시니트릴 리아제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 형성된 시아노히드린을 반으 혼합물로 부터 추출하고 이를 크로마토그래피하여 정제시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
