Abstract
본 발명은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이의 염을 제조하는 신규한 방법, 신규한 출발 물질 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 직쇄, C2-C4알크-1-엔-1-일이다.

Claims (8)
- a)일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 원-포트 공정으로, 즉, 중간체의 분리없이 환원시키고, 동시에 구조식(Ⅴ)의 화합물로 N-아실화시키고, b)이렇게 수득가능한 일반식(Ⅵa)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅵb)의 화합물 또는 이의 염과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 직쇄, C2-C4알크-1-엔-1-일이고;
- 제1에 있어서, a1)일반식(Ⅱ)의 에스테르를 가수분해시키고, a2)이렇게 수득가능한 구조식(Ⅲ)의 카르복실산중 카복시그룹을 구조식(Ⅳd), (Ⅳe) 또는 (Ⅳf)의 화합물과 반응시켜 제1항에서 출발 물질로서 사용된 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, X1은 에테르화된 하이드록시이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1)구조식(Ⅲa)의 화합물중 카복시 그룹을 구조식(Ⅳd), (Ⅳe) 또는 (Ⅳe)의 화합물과 반응시켜 활성화시키고, 2)이렇게 수득가능한 일반식(Ⅲb)의 화합물을 할로겐화시키고, 3)이렇게 수득가능한 일반식(Ⅲc)의 화합물을 구조식(Ⅲd)의 화합물과 반응시켜 제1에서 출발 물질로서 사용된 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서,Hal은 할로겐이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅵb)의 화합물의 일반식(Ⅵa)의 화합물로의 N-아실화[공정 단계b)]를 1,8-디아자비사이클로[5,4,0]운데크-7-엔, 1,5-디아자비사이클로[4,3,0]논-5-엔, 알칼리금속 알콜레이트 및 수산화벤질 트리메틸암모늄 중에서 선택된 염기의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅵb)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅵa)의 화합물로의 n-아실화[공정단계 b)]를 1,8-디아자비사이클로[5,4,0]운데크-7-엔의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 비닐인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 디사이클로펜틸 디카보네이트.
- 디사이클로펜틸 디카보네이트의 사이클로펜틸옥시카보닐 그룹을 도입하기 위한 아실화제로서의 용도.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
