안트라퀴논 유도체의 제조방법
본 발명은 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 신규한 화합물 및 그의 약리학적으로 허용가능한 염을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 저급알칸올 또는 N,N,N'N'-테트라메틸 에틸렌 디아민 내에서 50℃내지 90℃의 온도범위하에 반응시킴으로써 제조될 수 있다.

전형적인 본 발명의 목적물질은 다음 화합물을 들 수 있다.
1,4-비스[2-(1,3-옥사졸리딘-1-일)에틸아미노]-5,8-디히드록시안트라퀴논, 그의 류코염기 및 토오토머 ;
1,4-비스[2-(테트라히드로-1,3-옥사진-1-일)에틸아미노]-5,8-디히드록시안트라퀴논, 그의 류코염기 및 토오토머 ;
1,4-비스[2-(1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온-1-일)에틸아미노]-5,8-디히드록시안트라퀴논, 그의 류코염기 및 토오토머 ;
1,4-비스[2-(테트라히드로-1,3-옥사진-2-온-1-일)에틸아미노]-5,8-디히드록시안트라퀴논, 그의 류코염기 및 토오토머 ;
또는 이들의 약리학적으로 허용가능한 산부가염.
다음 실시예는 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 것이다.
[실시예]
1,4-비스[2-(1,3-옥사졸리딘-1-일)에틸아미노]-5,8-디히드록시안트라퀴논
12.5g의 2(2-아미노 에틸아미노) 에탄올, 9.7g의 37.1% 포름알데히드 및 150ml의 벤젠의 혼하물을 환류하에 가열하고 딘스타크(Dean-stark) 트렙을 사용하여 물을 제거했다. 가열은 더 이상의 물이 나오지 않을 때까지 계속되었고 이어서 다시 한 시간을 계속했다. 혼합물은 다음 2-(1,3-옥사졸리딘-1-일)에틸아민을 함유하는 시럽을 얻기까지 증발시켰다. 이것에 40ml의 탈기된 N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸에틸렌디아민과 10.97g의 류코-1,4,5,8-테트라히드록시안트라퀴논을 가했다. 이것을 질소하에 50-55℃로 유지시킨 기름 중탕 내에서 5시간 동안 교반했다. 생성된 고체를 120ml의 N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸에틸렌디아민 내에 재현탁시키고 수증기탕 내에서 환류하에 공기가 12시간 동안 기포로 통과하는 동안 가열했다. 혼합물을 냉각하고 수집한 생성물은 m.p.203-204도의 청흑색 생성물 10g이었다.

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 저급알칸올 또는 N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸 에틸렌 디아민내에서 50 내지 90℃의 온도 범위하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 안트라퀴논 및 그의 산부가염의 제조방법.
