Abstract
본 발명은, 히터가열촉매를 사용한 하이브리드차의 배기가스정화장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 차량을 구동시키는 전동모터(1)와, 전동모터(1)에 전력을 공급하는 배터리(2)와, 배터리(2)를 충전시키는 발전기(3)와, 발전기(3)를 구동시키는 내연 엔진(4)과, 내연엔진(4)의 작동을 제어하는 제어기(5)가 배설되어 있다. 내연엔진(4)은, 배기파이프(8)내에 배기가스를 정화시키는 촉매(9)와, 제어기(5)에 제어되어 촉매(9)를 가열해서 촉매작용을 높이는 히터(9)를 구비하고 있다. 제어기(5)는, 히터(9)에 의해 촉매(9)를 가열시킨 후에 내연엔진(4)을 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 차량을 구동시키는 전동모터와, 상기 전동모터에 전력을 공급하는 배터리와, 상기 배터리를 충전시키는 발전기와, 상기 발전기를 구동시키는 내연엔진과, 상기 내연엔진의 배기파이프내에 배설되어 배기가스를 정화시키는 촉매와, 상기 촉매를 가열해서 촉매작용을 높이는 가열수단과, 상기 가열수단과 상기 내연엔진과의 작동을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차의 배기가스정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 가열수단에 의해 상기 촉매의 활성온도까지 가열시킨 후에 상기 엔진을 작동시키는 것을 특징으로하는 하이브리드차의 배기가스정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단이 상기 배터리로부터의 통전에 의해서 가열되는 전기가열수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차의 배기가스정화장치.
- 차량을 구동시키는 전동모터와, 상기 전동모터에 전력을 공급하는 배터리와, 상기 배터리를 충전시키는 발전기와, 상기 발전기를 구동시키는 내연엔진을 구비한 하이브리드차에 있어서, 상기 내연엔진의 배기파이프내에 배설된 배기가스를 정화시키는 촉매를 가열해서 촉매작용을 높이는 가열스텝과, 상기 가열스텝에 의해서 촉매의 활성온도까지 가열된 후에 내연엔진을 작동시키는 엔진작동스텝을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 하이브리드차의 배기가스정화방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
