Abstract

본 발명은 염소화 폴리올레핀을 기제로한 수성 유제 및 그의 제조방법, 이들을 함유하는 코팅 매질 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
염소화 폴리올레핀을 기제로한 수성 프라이머는 플라스틱 기질에 대해 불충분한 부착성을 나타내는데, 이는 한가지 이상의 염소화 폴리올레핀 10 내지 30중량%, 한가지 이상의 방향족 용매 10 내지 50중량%, 한가지 이상의 유화제 1 내지 6중량% 및 물 24 내지 64중량%를 함유하는 용매-함유 수성 유제에 의해 극복될 수 있다.
본 발명은 또한 플라스틱 기질에 대한 프라이머 코팅을 제조에도 관련된다.

Claims (15)

  1. 한가지 이상의 염소화 폴리올레핀 10-30중량%, 한가지 이상의 방향족 용매 15-50중량%, 한가지 이상의 유화제 1-6중량%, 및 물 24-64중량%를 함유하는, 염소화 폴리올레핀을 기제로 한 용매-함유 수성 유제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화 폴리올레핀으로서 염소화 폴리프로필렌이 함유된 것이 특징인 유제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유화제로서 음이온-활성 유화제가 함유된 것이 특징인 유제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유화제로서 2차 알킬 술포네이트가 함유된 것이 특징인 유제.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 용매로서 톨루엔 및/또는 크실렌이 함유된 것이 특징인 유제.
  6. 제1항에 주어진 양의 적어도 일부분 이상의 방향족 용매에 한가지 이상의 염소화 폴리올레핀을 용해시키고, 물중 제1항에 주어진 양의 한가지 이상의 유화제의 용액 또는 분산액에 상기 용액을 교반하며 첨가한 다음, 이렇게 얻어진 예비 유제를 가능하게는 나머지 양의 용매 및/또는 물을 제1항에 주어진 양까지 첨가한 후 균질화 장치로 균질화시키는 단계로 됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 따른 유제의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 얻어진 예비 유제를 150 내지 250바아에서 고압 균질화기를 이용하여 균질화시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
  8. 한가지 이상의 염소화 폴리올레핀 2-30중량%, 한가지 이상의 필름 형성 비-가교성 수지 0-20중량%, 한가지 이상의 방향족 용매 15-45중량%, 안료 및/또는 충전재 20중량%이하, 한가지 이상의 유화제 및, 가능하게는 기타 첨가제 0.2-5중량%, 및 물 25중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 염소화 폴리올레핀, 안료 및/또는 충전재, 물-분산가능하거나 수용성인 필름-형성 수지, 및 가능하게는 기타 래커 형성 첨가제를 함유하는, 플라스틱 코팅용 프라이머로서 적합한 용매-함유 수성 코팅 매질.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 따른 유제를 함유하는 것이 특징인 용매-함유 수성코팅 매질.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 담체로서 수평균 분자량 500 내지 500000인 한가지 이상의 물-분산가능한 폴리우레탄 수지가 함유된 것이 특징인 용매-함유 수성 코팅 매질.
  11. 제8항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 방향족 용매 함량이 20-40중량%인 것이 특징인 용매-함유 수성코팅 매질.
  12. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 따른 수성 유제의 코팅 매질로서의 용도.
  13. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 따른 수성 유제의 플라스틱 코팅용 프라이머로서의 용도.
  14. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 따른 수성 유제의 폴리올레핀 코팅용 프라이머로서의 용도.
  15. 플라스틱 예비성형물 코팅을 위한 제8항, 9항, 10항 또는 11항중 어느 한항에 따른 코팅 물질의 용도.
