Abstract
본 발명은 유리 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 염소화 폴리올레핀을 7개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 탄화수소산과 함께 가열시킴으로써 얻어진 개질된 염화 폴리올레핀에 관한 것이다. 이러한 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀은 수성 분산액으로 제형되고 플라스틱 기재상으로 피복되어 차후에 적용되는 피복물의 접착력을 개선시킬 수 있다.

Claims (39)
- 유리 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 염소화 폴리올레핀을 7개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 탄화수소산과 함께 가열시킴으로써 얻어진 개질된 염화 폴리올레핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 약 11내지 약 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 불포화된 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 라우르산, 올레산, 리신올레산 및 운데실렌산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 운데실렌산인 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 중화된 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제6항에 있어서, 아민에 의해서 적어도 부분적으로 중화된 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10내지 약 40 중량%의 염소 함량을 갖는 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10내지 약 30 중량%의 염소 함량을 갖는 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약50 내지 약 100의 산가를 갖는 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀.
- 물, 응집용매, 및 하기(a),(b)및(c) 성분(여기서, 모든 중량%는 수지고체의 전체 중량을 기준으로한다)을 포함하는 분산된 수지상을 포함하는 수성 분산액 ; (a) 염소화 폴리 올레핀을 유리 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 7개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 탄화수소산과 함께 가열함으로써 얻어진 적어도 부분적으로 중화된, 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀 약 20내지 약 100 중량% 이러한 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀은 유리 조용매와 함께 물중에 분산된다); (b) 약 0내지 약 40중량%의 감수성 우레탄 수지; 및 (C) 약 0내지 약 40 중량%의 아크릴라텍스.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 약 11내지 약 20개의 탄소원자를 함유한는 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 불포화된 수성 분산액.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 라우르산, 올레산, 리신올레산 및 운데실렌산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 수성 분산액.
- 제14항에서 있어서, 상기 탄화소수산이 운데실렌산인 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀이 아민에 의해서 적어도 부분적으로 중화된 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 폴리올레핀이 폴리폴레핀의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10내지 약 40중량%의 염소함량을 갖는 수성 분산액.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 폴리올레핀이 폴리폴레핀의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10내지 약30중량%의 염소함량을 갖는 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀의 산가가 약 50 내지 약 100 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수성 분산액중의 고체 함량이 수성 분산액의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 약20 내지 약 25 중량%인 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서,(a)가 약 30 내지 약 40 중량%로 존재하는 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서, (b)가 약 20 내지 30 중량%로 존재하는 수성 분산액.
- 제11항에 있어서, (c)가 약 35내지 45 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 수성 분산액.
- 물, 응집용매, 및 하기(a), (b) 및 (c) 성분 (여기서,모든 중량%는 수지고체의 전체 중량을 기준으로 한다)을 포함하는 분산된 수지상을 포함하는 수성 분산액을 기재에 적용시킴을 포함하는, 플라스틱 기재 표면의 피복방법 ; (a) 유리 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 염소화 폴리올레핀을 7개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 탄화수소산과 함께 가열함으로써 얻어진 적어도 부분적으로 중화된, 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀 약20 내지 약 100 중량%(이러한 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀은 유리 조용매와 함께 물중에 분산된다) ; (b) 약 0 내지 40 중량%의 감수성 우레탄 수지 ; 및 (c) 약 0 내지 약 40 중량%의 아크릴 라텍스.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소산이 약 11내지 약 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 불포화된 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 라우르산, 올레산, 리신올레산 및 운데실렌산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소산이 운데실렌산인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀이 아민에 의해서 적어도 부분적으로 중화된 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약10 내지 약 40중량%의 염소 함량을 갖는 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10내지 30중량%의 염소 함량을 갖는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 염소화 폴리올레핀의 산가가 약 50 내지 약 100인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 플라스틱 기재가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 시이트 성형 화합물, 열가소성 우레탄 및 폴리카보네이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 착색된 피복 조성물이 기재표면상이 수성 분산액상으로 적용되는 방법.
- 제34항에 있어서, 투명한 피복 조성물이 기재표면상의 착색된 피복 조성물상으로 적용되는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 수성 분산액중의 고체 함량이 수성 분산액의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 20내지 약 25 중량%인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, (a) 가 약 30 내지 약 40 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 24항에 있어서, (b) 가 약 20 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
