Abstract
본 발명은 130℃에서 400N/5cm 이상인 박리강도(DIN 30 670에 따라)를 보이는 도료인 열가소성 중합체로 도장된 금속표면체에 관한 것이다.
이 값은 금속과 열가소성수지 사이에 Tg가 120℃보다 높고 금속에 접하는 에폭시 수지층 및 이어서 폴리프로필렌계 결합제 층을 위치시킴으로써 수득할 수 있다.
본 발명은 특히 파이프의 외부표면 도장에 유용하다.

Claims (8)
130℃에서 400N/5cm 이상의 박리강도(DIN 30 670에 따른)를 보이는 도료인 열가소성 중합체로 도장된 금속표면체.
제1항에 있어서, 150℃에서의 박리강도가 160N/5cm 이상인 금속표면체.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리아미드 혼합물인 금속표면체.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유리전이온도가 120℃ 이상인 에폭시 수지층 및 폴리프로필렌계 결합제의 층이 금속과 열가소성 중합체 사이에 위치되고, 에폭시 수지층은 금속에 접한 금속표면체.
제4항에 있어서, 결합제는 하나 이상의 불포화 카르복실산, 불포화 카르복실산 무수물 또는 이의 유도체로 그라프트시킴으로써 관능화된 폴리프로필렌을 필수적으로 포함하는 조성물인 금속표면체.
유리전이온도가 120℃ 이상이고 금속에 접한 에폭시 수지층, 그라프팅에 의해 개질된 폴리프로필렌계 결합제층 및 열가소성 중합체층을 연속적으로 포함하는 도장된 금속표면체.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 금속표면이 파이프의 외부표면인 금속표면체.
제6항에 있어서, 금속표면이 파이프의 외부표면인 금속표면체.
