Claims (6)

  1. A)20 내지 150℃의 온도에서 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 B)폴리이소시아네이트의 양을 기준으로 하여, 하기 구조식(Ia) 및/또는 (Ib) 및 하기 일반식(II)에 상응하는 트리메틸실릴 그룹-함유 화합물 총 0.0001 내지 1중량%(이때, 일반식(II)의 화합물에 대한 구조식(Ia) 및/또는 (Ib)의 화합물의 몰비는 1 : 0 내지 1 : 1이다)와 혼합함을 특징으로 하여, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 정제하는 방법.
    상기 일반식(II)에서, X는 pKa값이 2이하인 n-염기성의 산소 함유 산으로부터 산성 수소원자를 제거시켜 수득한 중성 산 그룹을 나타내고, n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 트리메틸실릴 그룹-함유 화합물의 혼합물을 5분 이상의 드웰(dwell)시간(이 시간 동안 혼합물을 20 내지 150℃의 온도에서 유지시킨다)후에 진공하에서 탈기시키거나, 또는 증류 후처리하여 처리하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 계열의 화학적으로 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(II)에 상응하는 트리메틸실릴그룹-함유 화합물이 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산 트리메틸실릴 에스테르 및 인산 트리스-(트리메틸실릴 에스테르)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항의 방법에 따라 정제된 유지 폴리이소시아네이트.
  6. 이소시아네이트를 중부가반응시켜 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분이 제5항에 따른 정제된 유기 폴리이소시아네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
