포화 탄화수소의 암모산화 방법

제1도는 불활성 희석제가 부재하에 프로판을 암모산화하는 경우에 조성을 선택하기 위한 다이아그램이다,
제2도는 산소원으로 공기를 사용하여 프로판을 암모산화하는 경우에 조성을 선택하기 위한 다이아그램이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 몰리브덴 및 산소를 포함하는 활성상을 갖는 고형 촉매의 존재하에 증기상에서 알칸류틀 암모산화시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 활성상이 알칼리 토금속, Mn, Fe, U, La, Co, Ni, Zn, Ag, Cd, W, Zr, Pb, Te, Ga, Al, B, Nb 및 Ta 로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 원소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성상이, 상기 정의한 군에서 선택된 적어도 2이상의 원소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는방법
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성상이, 알칼리 토금속, 망간. 철, 코발트, 우라늄 및 란탄으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 원소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 활성상이, 몰리브덴을 기재로 하는 혼합 산화물임을 특징으로하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성상이 오르토몰리브덴산염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 활성상이 망간, 우라닐, 코발트 또는 철 몰리브덴산염 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 알칸이 프로판임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 수증기 존재하에 반응이 행하여짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 반응온도가 350-550℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 총 압력이 1∼6바임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 시간당 공간 속도가 100-36,000 h-1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 가스(포화 탄화수소, 암모니아 및 산소의 혼합물)의 포화 탄화수소 함량은 5∼70%이고, 암모니아 함량은 3-50%이며, 산소함량은 3-45%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 가스 혼합물의 조성이 폭발성 영역 외부임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 활성상 뿐만 아니라 고체 촉매가 담체틀 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
