Claims (10)

  1. 방향족 폴리에스테르를 형성하기 위해 방향족 디카르복실산의 저급 에스테르와 지방족 디올을 반응시키는 것을 포함하고, 방향족 디카르복실산의 저급 알킬 에스테르를 기준으로해서 0.02내지 5.0몰%의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 방향족 설폰산 화합물의 존재하에 촉매로써 티타늄 화합물을 사용해서 저급 알킬 에스테르와 디올의 에스테르 교환반응을 시향한 후 에스테르 교환반응 산물을 중축합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제법.
    HO-R-O-Ar-SO3M (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서, -Ar-은 p-치환 벤젠 및 2,6-치환 나프탈렌기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R은 -CH2CH2-, CH(CH3)CH2-, -CH2CH(CH3)- 및 -CH2CH2OCH- 중에서 선택된 2가의 기이고, M은 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼륨 중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 설폰산 화합물의 양이 0.02내지 1.8몰%인것.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 설폰산 화합물의 양이 0.1내지 5.0몰%인것.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디카르복실산의 저급 알킬 에스테르가 주로 디메틸 테페프탈레이트, 디메틸 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 및 디메틸 2,7-나프탈렌카르복실레이트 중에서 선택된 것.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 디올이 주로 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올 및 1,4-부탄디올 중에서 선택되는 것.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 설폰산 화합물이 에스테르교환 반응 및 반응계의 유출에 의해 형성된 저급 알콜의 양이 사용된 카르복실산(들)의 저급 알킬 에스테르(들)의 총량을 기준으로 해서 계산한 이론량의 90중량%에 도달하기 전에 부가되는 것.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 화합물이 티타늄 테트라알콕사이드인 것.
  8. 제1항에 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리에스테르.
  9. 주요 반복 단위로 1,4-부틸렌 테레프탈레이트나 1,4-부틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트를 포함하고, 에스테르 결합을 통해 폴리에스테르의 주쇄단에 결합된 제1항의 방향족 설폰산 화합물의 잔여물을 0.1 내지 5.0몰%(모든 반복 에스테르 유니트를 기준으로)포함하는 폴리에스테르.
  10. (A) 주요 반족단위로서 알킬렌 테레프탈레이트나 알킬렌 나프탈레이트를 포함하는 100중량부의 방향족 폴리에스테르 수지와 (B) 주요 반복 유니트로써 1,4-부틸렌 테레프탈레이트나 1,4-부틸렌 2,6-나프탈레이트와 에스테르 결합을 통해 수지의 주쇄단에 결합된 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)로 표시되는 0.1 내지 5.0몰%(모든 반복 에스테르 단위를 기준으로)의 방향족 설폰산 화합물 1 내지 100중량부를 혼합하여 제조한 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
    HO-R-O-Ar-SO3M (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서, -Ar-은 p-치환 벤젠 및 2,6-치환 나프탈렌기 중에서 선택된 기이고, R은 -CH2CH2-, CH(CH3)CH2-, -CH2CH(CH3)- 및 -CH2CH2OCH2CH2- 중에서 선택된 2가의 기이고, M은 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼륨 중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이다.
