제6도는 철제 플랜지와 관련하여 함께 끼워맞춰질때, 라이닝관과 플랜지의 단면적 입면도.
Claims (9)
- 내부흡수층과 강화하도록 수지흡수물질 내부층 둘레에 싸인 하나나 그 이상의 짜여진 섬유물질층을 구성하는 라이닝관에서 강화층은 내부흡수층 둘레에 싸여지고 겹쳐져 라이닝관이 크기에 맞게 팽창할때 강화층의 겹쳐진 변부는 강화층이 팽창하도록 서로에 관해 미끄러지는 라이닝관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 짜여진 섬유물질층의 겹쳐진 변부는 라이닝관이 수지를 함유하거나 관이 가열될때 접착성을 잃는 뜨거운 녹은 접착제 같은 접착물질에 의해 접착되는 라이닝관.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 둘이나 셋의 강화층이 있고 각층의 겹쳐진 위치는 겹쳐진 부분이 라이닝관에 과도하게 두꺼운 지역을 만들지 않도록 서로에 관해 90도 간격으로 이동되는 라이닝관.
- 전기된 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접 접촉된 자유변부를 갖는 관상의 형태로 형성된 웨브인 섬유펠트의 하나의 내부층을 관이 구성하고 변부가 인접변부를 가로질러 뻗어가는 수영에 의해 서로 연결되는 라이닝관.
- 전기된 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화층 외부에 외부의 침투되지 않는 층을 가진 폘트층이나 침투되지 않는 물질의 필름이 가해지는 라이닝관.
- 전기된 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지흡수층과 각 강화층이 합성수지를 함유하는 라이닝관.
- 제6항에 있어서, 라이닝관이 유압에 의해 배관이나 통로표면에 대해 보지되고 수지가 경화되어 라이닝관 수지가 단단한 라이닝 파이프를 형성하는 라이닝관을 사용하는 배관이나 통로를 라이닝하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 배관이나 통로가 관길이 보다 약간 짧아 관단부가 배관이나 통로로부터 돌출하고 그러한 단부둘레에 수지가 경화될때 단단한 라이닝 파이프의 단부를 뾰죡하게 하기 위해 성형기가 놓여 플랜지 카플링의 단부에 놓을 수 있게 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 플랜지 카플링이 라이닝 파이프에 사용되는 것과 유사한 합성수지로 몰딩한 성분이어서 플랜지 카플링이 다른 카플링이나 유사한 관에 라이닝 파이프를 연결하는 수단을 갖추도록 라이닝 파이프의 단부에 접착되는 방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
