Claims (9)

  1. LV 11223 Izgudrojuma formula 1. Apdares caurule ar iekšējo absorbējošo slāni vai slāņiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tā satur arī vienu vai vairākus austa šķiedraina materiāla slāņus, kas uztīti uz iekšējā sveķus uzsūcošā materiāla slāņa vai slāņiem, lai veidotu armējumu, pie kam minētais armējošais slānis vai slāņi tiek uztīti uz iekšējā sveķus uzsūcošā slāņa vai slāņiem tādā veidā, lai, uzpūšot apdares cauruli līdz vajadzīgajam diametram, armējošā slāņa vai slāņu malas slīdētu viena pret otru, dodot iespēju minētajam armējošajam slānim vai slāņiem izplesties.
  2. 2. Apdares caurule pēc 1. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka austā šķiedrainā materiāla slāņa vai slāņu malas tiek salīmētas ar termoplastisku līmvielu, kas zaudē adhēziju, kad apdares caurule tiek piesūcināta ar sveķiem vai karsēta.
  3. 3. Apdares caurule pēc 1. vai 2. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tiek veidoti divi vai trīs minētie armējošie slāņi, un atbilstošīe slāņi pārklāšanās stāvoklī nobīdīti viens pret otru, piemēram, par 90 0 tā, lai pārklājošies iecirkņi neradītu paresninātu joslu apdares caurulē.
  4. 4. Apdares caurule pēc jebkura no iepriekšējiem punktiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tā satur vienu vienīgu iekšējo slāni šķiedrainas tūbas joslas veidā, kas izveidota caurules formā, un tās brīvās malas cieši saskaras, pie kam minētās malas savienotas savā starpā sašujot.

  6. 6. Apdares caurule pēc jebkura no iepriekšējiem punktiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka sveķus uzsūcošais slānis vai slāņi un katrs no armējošajiem slāņiem tiek piesūcināts ar sintētiskajiem sveķiem.
  7. 7. Paņēmiens caurujvada vai kanāla apdarei, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tajā izmanto cauruli pēc 6. punkta, pie tam apdares caurule tiek piespiesta pie cauruļvada vai kanāla sienām ar tekošās vides spiedienu, bet sveķi sacietē 1 vai tiek sacietināti tāpēc, lai apdares caurule un sveķi izveidotu cietu stingu apdares cauruli.
  8. 8. Paņēmiens pēc 7. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka cauruļvads vai kanāls ir īsāks nekā caurule, kā rezultātā caurules gali iznāk ārpus cauruļvada vai kanāla, un pie šiem galiem novieto formēšanas ierīces, ar kurām minēto sveķu sacietēšanas laikā cietās apdares caurules galus izveido konusveidīgus, lai uz tiem varētu uzmaukt atloksajūgus.

Paņēmiens pēc 8. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka minētie atloksajūgi ir sagataves no sintētiskajiem sveķiem, kuri ir analogi tiem sveķiem, kas izmantoti apdares caurulē, tā, lai atloksajūgus varētu sarīmēt ar izmantotās apdares caurules galiem, tādā veidā iegūstot fīdzekli apdares caurules savienošanai ar citu sajūgu vai analoģisku cauruli. 2
