Claims (22)
- 주제동 실린더(1)과, 압력유체수집수단(4)와, 제동라인(6)을 통하여 주제동실린더(1)과 소통하고 복귀라인(10)을 통하여 상기 압력유체수집수단(4)와 소통하는 적어도 하나의 바퀴제동기와, 상기 복귀라인(10)에 구비되어 있고 전자기직으로 작동되며 비작동 위치에서는 상기 복귀라인(10)을 폐쇄하고 단속 위치에서 상기 복귀라인(10)을 개방시키는 유출밸브(11)과, 상기 제동라인(6)내에 삽입되어 있고 2개의 단속위치를 가져서 상기 바퀴제동기와 상기 주제동시린더(1)사이에 제1위치에서는 비제한 연결을 이루고 제2위치에서는 제한연결을 이루는 드로틀밸브(8)과, 압력유체를 압력유체수집수단(4)의 외부로 흡인하여 압력라인(14)를 통하여 주제동실린더(1)내로 수송하는 펌프(13)과, 바퀴가 제동되는 각속도를 식별하는 감지기와, 상기 감지기 신호를 분석하고 상기 유출밸브(11) 및 상기 펌프구동을 위해 단속기 신호를 발진시키는 전자분석유니트로 구성되는 항 제동 유압식 제동장치에 있어서, 상기 드로틀밸브(8)이 제어라인(19)를 통하여 상기 펌프(13)의 유출구에 연결되어 상기 펌프(13)의 유출구에서의 압력이 상기 드로틀밸브(8)을 제1위치로부터 제2위치로 단속되게 해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 항제동 유압식 제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기주 제동실린더(1)을 향하여 개방된 비 복귀밸브(9)가 상기 드로틀밸브(8)에 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 대기를 향하여 개방되어 있고, 주실린더가 작동되지 않았을때에는 주 실린더의 작동실과 소통하는 급유조(4)가 상기 압력 유체 수집 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 선행 청구항 들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제동 장치는 이중회로로 설계되어 있고 각 제동회로에는 대각선으로 서로 대향하는 차량 배속되어 있고, 각 제동회로는 하나씩의 펌프(12, 13)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펌프(12, 13)들은 하나의 접속모터(M)에 의해서 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프는 펌프피스톤이 편심기(52)에 의해서 구동되는 피스톤 펌프(12, 13)이며, 상기 펌프피스톤은 상기 편심기(52)와 항상 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 선행 청구항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 드로틀 밸브(8)은 대응하는 단형성 통로(31, 32)내에서 안내되는 단이 형성된 피스톤(33)을 구비하고 있고, 상기 단형성 피스톤은 그것의 중간부(35)에 단형성 통로의 좁은단(32)내로 삽입될 수 있는, 부분을 구비하고, 단형성 피스통의 부분(35) 및 좁은단(32)의 벽 사이의 틈새는 압력유체흐름의 드로틀링을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 선행 청구항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제동라인(6,7)은, 상기 압력라인(14)의 상기 제동라인에 연결되는 지점과 상기 주제동 실린더(1)사이에 있는 TSC밸브 (60),(61)에 의해 페쇄될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 구동 및 비구동 바퀴의 제동기가 하나의 회로내에 합제되어 있는 제동장치에서, 상기 비구동 바퀴로의 상기 제동라인이 TSC밸브 (60,61) 및 상기 주 제동실린더(1)사이에서 가지로 나온 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 선행 청구항 들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 드로틀밸브(8)은, 바퀴제동기(42)내의 압력변화에 응답하고 상기 드로틀밸브를 단속전환시키는 단속 부재(20)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단속 부재(20)은, 하우징을 두 개의 실(24, 25)로 분리시키는 제1분리피스톤(22)가 그위에 설계되어 있는 작동로드(21)를 구비하며, 하나의 실 즉, 제1단속실(24)내의 압력은 상기 드로를 밸브(8)을 제2단속위치 (Ⅱ)로 단속시키고, 반면에 다른실 즉, 정정실(25)내의 압력은 상기 드로를 밸브로 하여금 제1단속위치(Ⅰ)을 취하도록 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 정정실(25)는 상기 바퀴제동기(42)와 제한되지 않은 방법으로 소통하고, 반면에 상기 제1단속실(24)는 드로틀(48)을 통하여 상기 바퀴제동기(42)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제2분리피스톤(23)은 상기 작동로드(21)위에 설계되어 있고 또한 상기 펌프 유출구에 연결된 제2단속실(26)을 제한하며, 상기 드로틀 밸브(8)은 상기 제2단속실에 압력이 작용할 때 제2단속위치(Ⅱ)로 단속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 주제동 실린더와, 급유조와, 주아력 라인을 통하여 상기 주 제동 실린도와 소통하고 복귀라인을 통하여 상기 급유조와 소통하는 최소한 하나의 바퀴제동기와, 상기 복귀라인에 구비되어 있고 비작동 위치에서 상기 복귀라인을 폐쇄하고 단속위치에서 상기 복귀라인을 개방하는 전자기적으로 작동되는 유출밸브와 상기 바퀴제동기에 연결된 드로틀 밸브와, 상기 급유조로부터 압력유체를 흡인해 내어서 보조 압력 라인을 통하여 상기 압력유체를 상기 주제동 실린더로 전달하는 펌프와, 제동되는 바퀴의 각 속도를 식별하는 감지기와, 상기 감지기 신호를 분석하고 상기 유출밸브와 상기 펌프구동을 위한 단속 신호를 발진시키는 전자 분석 유니트로 구성되는, 특히 자동차용으로 적합한, 트랙션 슬립 및 브레이크 슬립 제어 유압 제동 장치에 있어서, 상기 유출밸브(11)이 개방될 때, 상기 바퀴제동압력이 상기 드로틀 밸브(8)에 작용하여 그 결과 상기 바퀴 제동 압력은 상기 트로틀 밸브(8)을 유압식으로 단속 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 유출밸브(11)이 폐쇄되어 상기 유출밸브(11)에 연결된 상기 복귀라인(10)을 단절시킬 때, 바퀴제동기(42)와 주제동실린더(1)사이에 구비된 상기 드로틀밸브(8)이 상기 제동라인(6)을 개방 상태로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 바퀴제동 압력에 의해 일어난 유압식 전환위치에서, 상기 드로틀 밸브(8)은 상기 유출밸브(11)로부터 상기 급유조(4)로의 상기 복귀라인(10)에서의 복귀류를 해방할 뿐아니라 상기 제동라인(6)에서의 유량의 흐름을 드로틀하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제14항 내지 제16항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제한기(93)이 상기 유출밸브(11)과 연속적으로 연결되어 상기 복귀라인(10)에 구비되어 있고, 상기 제한기는 상기 드로틀밸브(8)을 비제한 기본위치로 단속 전환시키는 주기를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제14 내지 제17항의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 복귀라인(10)의 방향으로 개방한 비복귀 밸브(9)는 상기 유출 밸브(11)의 하류에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 서로 병열로 연결된 상기 제한기(93)과 상기 비 복귀밸브(94)는 구조적으로 결합된 압력 경감 밸브를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 드로틀 밸브(8)은, 급유조(4)로의 상기 복귀라인이 페쇄되는 동안, 바람직하게는 용수철력에 의해서, 기본위치를 유지하여 상기 제동라인(6)을 해방시키는 4방식/2위 지향성 제어밸브로서 고안된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 드로틀 밸브(8)의 작동을 위한 상기 제어라인(81)은 상기 제한기(93)과 상기 유출밸브(11)의 사이에서 상기 복귀라인(10)으로부터 가지로 나오는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 유출밸브(11)의 하류에는, 상기 펌프(12)와 상기 주제동 실린더(1)의 압력이 작용하고 복귀요소를 구비한 2위치밸브(96)이 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동장치.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
