Claims (10)

  1. 각각에 한쌍의 휠 및 브레이크(25,27,29)를 갖춘 한쌍의 축을 가진 차량용 적응 제동시스템에 있어서, 상기 시스템(10,210)은 운전자에 의하여 작동되며 브레이크 적용이 달성되었을때 제동유압이 상승되는 제1(22), 제2(24)및 제3(26) 분리형, 격리형 챔버를 가진 마스터실린더(20)와, 상기 제1챔버 (22)를 상기 축중의 하나에서 휠중의 하나를 제어하는 브레이크(25)와 유압으로 연결시키는 제1제동회로(40)와, 상기 제2쳄버(24)를 상기한 축의 다른 휠을 제어하는 브레이크(25)와 유압으로 연결시키는 제1제동회로(60)와, 제3챔버(26)를 다른 축에서 브레이크(29)와 유압으로 연결시키는 제3제동회로(80)와, 상기 제동회로(40,60,80)의 각각에서 그리고 각각의 브레이크(25,27,29)와의 유압연결을 제어하는 전기작용식 밸브수4단(50,70,90)과 초기 미끄럼상태가 탐지되었을때 상기 전기작용식 밸브수단(50,70,90)을 작동시킴으로써 상기 브레이크(25,27,29)를 제어하는 그리고 상기 휠의 회전에 반응하는 제어수단(100)과, 상기 브레이크 제어(25,27,29)가 상기 초기 미끄럼상태에 반응하여 상기 제어수단(100)에 의하여 달성될때 보급압력을 상기 브레이크(25,27,29)에 공급하는 그리고 상기 마스터실린더(20)로 부터 분리된 펌프수단(110,310)과, 상기 마스터실린더(20)의 상기 챔버(22,24,26)중의 적어도 2개(22,24)에서부터 상기 펌프수단(110,310)을 유압으로 분리(47,67)하기 위한 수단과, 입구 및 축구를 가진 제1펌핑부(113)및 상기 제1펌핑부(113)의 입구 및 출구로부터 분리된 입구 및 출구를 가진 제2펌핑부(115)을 포함하고 있는 상기 펌프수단(110)과, 상기 제1(40)및 제2(60) 제동히로의 적어도 하나와 연결되어 있는 상기 제1펌핑부(113)의 입구 및 출구와 상기 제3제동회로(80)와 연결되어 있는 제2펌핑부(115)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2제동회로(40,60)의 각각은 각각의 챔버(22,24)및 펌프수단(110,310)을 각각의 브레이크(25,27)에 연결시키는 제1지선(42,44,45,46;62,64,66,65)및 상기 제1지선(42,44,45,46;62,64,66,65)과 공통부(44,64)를 가진 제2지선(43,44;63,64)을 포함하며, 상기 유압분리수단(47,67)은 상기 공통부(44,64)를 통하여 상기 펌프수단(110,310)을 상기 각각의 챔버(22,24)에 연결되지 못하게 하는 체크밸브수단(47,67)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제동회로(40,60,80)의 각각은 각각의 펌핑부(113,115)와 연결시키는 펌프수단(120,122)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응 제동시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압분리수단(47,67)은 상기 제1펌핑부(113)의 출구와 상기 제1챔버(22)와의 사이의 상기 제1제동회로(40)에서 그리고 상기 제1펌핑부(113)의 출구와 마스터실린더(20)의 상기 제2챔버(24)와의 사이의 상기 제제동회로에서 각각 위치한 제1및 제2체크밸브(47 및 67)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응 제동 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2제동회로(40,60)의 각각은 각각의 회로(40,60)를 상기 제1및 제2제동회로(40,60)의 다른 회로와의 연결을 막는 체크밸브수단(49,69)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2제동회로(40,60)는 상기 제1펌핑부(113)의 입구와 연결한 공통연결부(73)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프수단(310)은 제3펌핑부(315)로 더 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 펌핑부(313,315,317)는 다른 펌핑부의 입구 및 출구로부터 불리된 입구 및 출구를 가지며, 각각의 펌핑부(317,313,315)는 각각의 제동회로(40,60,80)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유압불리수단(47,67)은 상기 제1펌핑부(317)의 출구와 상기 제1챔버(22)와의 사이에서의 상기 제1제동회로(40)에서 그리고 상기 제2펌핑부(313)의 출구와 마스터실린더(20)의 상기 제2챔버(24)와의 사이에서의 상기 제2제동회로960)에서 각각 위치한 제1및 제2체크밸브(47 및 67)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제3챔버(26)는 비례밸브수단(30)을 통하여 제3제동회로(80)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제3펌핑부(315)의 출구는 비례밸브수단(30)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 시스템.
