Claims (14)

  1. 자성재료박대와 전기절연재료가 적층 또는 권회되어 이루어진 자심에 있어서, 자성재료박대의 폭을 a,전기절연재료의 폭을 b로 한 경우에 0.5≤b〈a인 관계를 갖는 자심.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대의 폭을 (a)과 전기절연재료의 폭(b)의 관계가 0.9a≤b〈a인 관계를 갖는 자심.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대의 폭을 (a)과 전기절연재료의 폭(b)의 관계가 0.95a≤b〈a인 관계를 갖는 자심.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대의 폭방향에서의 양쪽 단부가 쌍방 모두 상기 전기절연재료의 폭방향에서의 양쪽 단부보다 돌출하도록 배치되어 있는 자심.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대의 중심선과 상기 전기 절연재료의 중심선이 거의 일치하도록 배치되어 있는 자심.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대가 하기 일반식 ;
    Fe100-yXy
    14≤y≤21 〔at%〕
    (여기서, X는 Si, B, P, C및 Ge에서 선택되는 어느것인가 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소이다)로 표현되는 비정질합금으로 이루어진 자심.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대가 하기 일반식 ;
    (Fe1-XMx)100-yXy
    0≤x≤0.4
    14≤y≤21 〔at%〕
    (여기서, M은 Co 또는 Ni에서 선택되는 어느것인가 1종 또는 2종의 원소이고, X는 Si, B, P, C및 Ge에서 선택되는 어느것인가 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소이다)로 표현되는 비정질합금으로 이루어진 자심.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제7항의 비정질합금에 Ti, Ta, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Mo, Nb, W에서 선택되는 어느것인가 1종 또는 2종이상의 원소를 5at%이하 더 첨가한 비정합금으로 이루어진 자심.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대가 하기 일반식 ;
    (CO1-xFeX)100-x(Si1-yBy)x
    0.02≤x≤0.1
    0.3≤y≤0.9
    20≤z≤〔at%〕
    로 표현되는 비정질합금으로 이루어진 자심.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제9항의 비정질합금에 Ti, Ta, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Mo, Nb, W에서 선택되는 어느것인가 1종 또는 2종이상의 원소를 8at%이하 더 첨가한 비정합금으로 이루어진 자심.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성재료박대가 하기 일반식 ;
    (Fe1-aMa)100-x-y-z-α-β-ΓCuxSiyBzM|- αM-- βXΓ
    0≤a≤0.5
    0.1≤x≤3
    0≤y≤30
    0≤z≤25
    0≤y+z≤35
    0.1≤α≤30
    0≤β≤10
    0≤Γ≤10
    (여기서, M은 Co 또는 Ni에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종, M-은 Nb,W,Ta,Zr, Hf,Ti 및 Mo에서 선택되는 어느 것인가 1종 또는 2종이상의 원소, M--는 V,Cr,Mn,Aℓ,백금족원소, Sc,Y,희토류(希土類)원소, Au,Zn,Sn및 Re에서 선택되는 어느 것인가 1종또는 2종이상의 원소, X는 C, Ge, P, Ga, Sb, In, Be및 As에서 선택되는 어느것인가 1종 또는 2종이상의 원소이다)로 표현되고, 조직의 적어도 50%가 미세한 결정입자로 이루어지며, 또한 결정입자가 그 최대척도로 측정한 경우 500Å이하의 결정입자지름을 갖는 철기 연자성합금으로 이루어진 자심.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자심이 대전력용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자심이 펄스발생장치에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자심이 변압기에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
