Claims (4)
- 저장 헤드는 원형 둘레에 플라스틱 용융물을 분배하며 이젝터 아래 링모양의 저장 공간에 공급하기 위한 분배기, 즉 슬리이브를 동심으로 에워싸는 나선홈으로 형성된 분배기 및, 슬리이브를 가지며, 상기 이젝터는 저장 헤드 하우징에 축상으로 이동 가능하게 지지되고, 또한 저장 공간에 저장된 플라스틱 용융물이 하측에서 저장 공간에 연결된 링형의 틈을 통해 상기 이젝터를 이용하여 방출 가능하며, 플라스틱 용융물을 저장 헤드에 공급하기 위한 저장 헤드 하우징에 연결된 압출기를 가진 플라스틱-중공체의 불연속 제조를 위한 블로우 성형기용 저장 헤드에 있어서, 이젝터(14)는 적어도 2개의 원통형의 관형부재(42,44)로 형성되고, 나선홈 분배기(20)의 나선홈은 관형부재(42,44)위에 형성되며 다른 관형부재(44,42)에 의해 덮혀지고, 이 경우 원통형 둘레에 분배된 플라스틱의 유출은 이젝터(14)에 형성된 링형틈(46)으로부터 저장 공간(16)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이젝터(14)이 외측 및/또는 내측의 원통형의 관형부재(42,44)는 2개의 쉘로 및 2부분으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장헤드.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 나선홈 분배기(20)가 이젝터의 내측 관형부재(44)의 외벽에 및/또는 외측 관형부재(42)이 내벽에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장헤드.
- 제1,2또는 3항에 있어서, 나선홈 분배기(20)의 나선홈에 적어도 하나의 긴홈(40)을 거쳐 플라스틱 용융물이 공급되며, 이 경우 긴홈(40)은 나선홈과 동일한 높이로 배열되고 긴홈(40)은 하측에서 저장 헤드 하우징(10)의 방사형 보링을 거쳐 압출기와 재료상으로 연결되며 상측에서는 나선홈의 시작점과 재료상으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
