제1도는 2층의, 동시 압출되는 중공체를 제조하기위한 본 발명에 따른 저장헤드를 나타낸 단면도이고, 제2도는 3층의, 동시 압출되는 중공체를 제조하기위한 제2의 본발명에 따른 저장헤드를 나타낸 단면도이며, 제3도는 제3의 본 발명에 따른 저장헤드를 나타낸 단면도이다.
Claims (11)
- 저장헤드에 적어도 2개의 액상 플라스틱 용융물을 공급하기위해 저장헤드하우징(10)에 연결된 적어도 2개의 압출기, 중앙에 배치된 슬리브(12), 및 플라스틱 용융물을 둘레에 분배하고 이젝터(14)하부에 있는 링형 저장실(16)내로 공급하기위해서 슬리브(12)를 동심으로 둘러싼 적어도 2개의 서로 무관한 분배기를 가지고 있으며, 상기 이젝터(14)는 압축볼트에 의해 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 저장헤드하우징(10)내에 지지되어 있고 상기 이젝터(14)에 의해 저장실(16)에 저장된 플라스틱 용융물이 저장실(16)하부에 접속된 링형 다이갭(28)을 통해 압출되는, 다층의 플라스틱-중공체의 불연속제조를 위한 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드에 있어서, 이젝터(14)는 적어도 2개의 동심으로 둘러싸인 관형부재(42,44,46)로 이루어지며, 각각의 관형부재(42,44,46)에는 별도의 분개기가 할당되고, 분배기는 각각 원통형 나사선 채널분배기(20)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로루 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종방향에서 각 나사선 채널 및 각 분배기(20)의 축방향 길이는 대략 그 원직경과 동일하고, 이경우 분배기(20)의 둘레에 균일하게 분포된 적어도 2개 또는 다수의 나사너 채널이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 각각의 나사선은 서로 간격을 두고 배치되고, 중간간격은 나사선홈의 폭과 동일한 축방향 폭을 가지며, 나사선홈의 폭은 길이가 증가함에 따라 서서히 그러나 끊임없이 줄어들고 그 사이에 놓인 원통형 영역은 상응하게 증가하거나 넓어지며, 나사선 홈의 측면은 일정한 에지에 의해 경계지워지고 하부에지 및 하부로 연결된 실린더 표면은 항상 상부에지에 대해 약간 귀환되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1,2또는 3항에 있어서, 나사선 채널은 적어도 그 초기에 반원형 횡단면을 가지며, 나사선의 길이가 증가함에 따라 상기 반원형의 횡단면은 점점 편평해지거나 나사선의 깊이가 점점 더 줄어드는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1,2,3또는 4항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 압출기로부터 분리된 플라스틱 용융물 흐름은 먼저 방사상 보어(32)를 통해 슬리브(12)내로 안내된 다음 슬리브(12)내의 축방향 보어(22)(본류)를 통해 중앙으로 계속 안내되고 각 나사선 채널은 방사상보어(30)(분류)를 통해 중앙보어(22)에 연결되며 플라스틱 용융물이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 슬리브(12)의 중앙에 있는 각 축방향 보어의 길이는 보어(22)직경의 적어도 1배, 바람직하게는 약 3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제5또는 6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 중앙보어(22)에서 압출기로 부터의 플라스틱 용융물의 공급은 방사상보어(32)(분류)를 통해 이젝터(16)를 향한 측면에 배치되고 나사선 채널로 안내되는 방사상 보어(30)는 이젝터(16)를 등진 측면에 연결되므로 상기 중앙보어(22)에서의 플라스틱 용융물은 압출방향과 반대인 흐름방향으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이젝터(16)의 축방향 이동을 위해 이젝터(16)상부에 접속된 압축볼트(16)중 적어도 하나는 중공으로 형성되어 분배기(20)내로 플라스틱 용융물을 공급하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 플라스틱-공급관으로서 중공 압축볼트(18)와 구결 연결부재로서 이젝터(16)의 헤드영역사이의 연결은 구결-헤드(48)및 구결-보울(50)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나사선 채널을 가진 적어도 2개의 인접한 분배기에서 나사선채널의 나사선 방향이 상이하게, 즉 반대로 오른쪽과 왼쪽으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층의 플라스틱관을 형성하기 위해 파리손의 각 층에는 적어도 2개의 압출기로 부터 뻗어있는 나사선 채널을 가진 분배기가 제공되며, 이젝터(14)는 동심의 실린더부시 또는 관형부재(42,44,46)로 여(42,44,46)사이에는 나사선이 관형부재로(42,44,46)의 외벽으로 형성된 나사선 채널분배기(20)가 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 성형기용 저장헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
