Claims (10)

  1. 점성이 동일하거나 또는 다른 두 페이스트 물질을 혼합시켜서 서로 배합시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 제 1물질이 배합조작 중에 다른 물질안으로 삽입되어 상기 다른 물질로 완전히 둘러싸이게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 두 물질은 체적이 다르고, 체적비가 낮은 물질이 다른 물질내로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 두 물질을 체적비 1대1로 배합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 두 물질을 체적비가 2대 1 내지 10대 1로 배합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 직경이 다르고 서로가 평행하게 배열된 두 혼합유니트 챔버로 부터 점성이 동일하거나 또는 다른 두 페이스트 물질을 배합시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 직경이 큰 챔버(A)의 배출구역(7)이 직경이 작은 챔버의 배출구역을 형성하는 공급노즐(8)을 완전히 둘러싸고, 공급노즐의 출구 둘레에 환형공간(12)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 두 챔버(A,B)는 자유단인 분리벽(10)과 경사진 외벽의 연장부(16)에 의하여 서로 분리되어 있으며 동시에 공급노즐(8)을 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 배합될 물질을 수용하는 필름백(2,3)을 내장하는 챔버(A,B)의 원통부 내에 뽀족한 부분이 돌출되어 있는 둘 이상의 천공부(14)가 절두원추의 모양인 외벽(9,11)의 내부표면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제 5항에 있어서, 사출성형 또는 주조의 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, 사출성형 또는 주조는 플라스틱 또는 경금속으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제 5항에 있어서, 공급노즐(8)의 출구구역은 반원형 횡단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
