Claims (3)

  1. 호퍼, 이 호퍼에 연통하는 내부의 챔버와 반대방향으로 배치되는 챔버용 제1 및 제2 포트와를 갖고 상기 호퍼를 지지하는 프레임, 상기 제1 포트에 설치된 피스톤 및 상기 제2 포트에 설치된 노즐로 이루어지는 식품재료의 정량압출장치에 있어서, 상기 챔버에 인접하여 제공된 원통형 식품성형장치는 두개 또는 그 이상의 벽부분을 포함하며, 그중의 적어도 하나는 식품재료를 함유하면서 전방 및 후방단 개구를 구비한 원통형 공간을 형성하도록 다른 벽부분쪽을 향해 이동하거나 또는 챔버에 식품재료를 받아들이도록 다른 벽부분으로부터 멀어지게 이동하기에 적합하게 되어 있고, 상기 원통형 공간의 후방 및 전방단 개구는 상기 제1 및 제2 포트와 각각 연통되어 있고, 상기 피스톤은 내부에 함유된 식품재료를 압출하기 위해 제1 포트로부터 원통형 공간속으로 전진하고 식품재료가 챔버에 들어갈 수 있도록 후퇴가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 식품재료의 정량압출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 공간의 내경이 상기 노즐의 내경과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 식품재료의 정량압출장치.
  3. 호퍼로부터 호퍼 아래의 챔버까지 식품재료를 공급해주고, 원통체를 형성하도록 챔버내에 식품재료를 일시적으로 채워 넣어주고, 피스톤에 의해 상기 원통체를 압출해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품재료의 정량압출방법.
