Claims (10)
- 연소실(1)과 공급입구(12)에서 연소실(1)에 이르는 가연가스 혼합물 공급관(11) 및 팽창출구(5)로 구성된 내연버너에 있어서, 가연가스 혼합물을 연소실의 한쪽 끝에서부터 연소실(1)의 벽(3)을 따라 공급되고 그 흐름은 연소실의 한쪽끝에서 반전되어 벽(3)의 반대쪽에 있는 벽(2)을 따라 팽창출구(5)로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너.
- 제1항의 것으로서, 연소실의 한쪽벽이 반원모양으로 폐쇄되어 공급된 가연가스 혼합물의 반전을 용이하게 한것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 것으로서, 내화물질을 이용하여 연소실을 제작하고, 가연가스 혼합물이 접촉하여 흐르는 공급입구(12) 근방의 벽(3)을 거칠게 하는것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항의 것으로서, 버너몸체를 구성하는 내화재료에 형성된 공동을 연소실(1)로하고, 가연가스 혼합물이 연소실로 공급되기 전에 연소실 주위 이중케이스로 흐르게하여 가연가스 혼합물을 예열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너.
- 상기항중의 어는 한항으 것으로서, 크기와 모양이 같은 공급입구(12)가 서로 근접하여 연소실(1)의 폭방향으로 배열되어 있고 팽창출구(5)가 단일의 슬로트형으로 되어있어 연소가스 기류가 편평한 판모양으로 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너.
- 제5항의 것으로서, 관(11)을 따라 일련의 공급입구(12) 모두가 단일 공급실(20)과 유통된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너.
- 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 관한 것으로서, 환상현 연소실(1)과 환상형 슬로트로된 팽창출구(5) 및 환상현 공급실(20)로 구성되어 버너 몸체가 환상형인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너.
- 제6항 또는 제7항의 것으로서, 공급실(20)의 공급란(11) 입구에 불꽃체크 장치가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연버너.
- 제1항에서 제6항의 어는 한 항에 의한 내연버너와 노즐(31) 및 다이(30)로 구성된 광섬유 성형장치로서, 내연버너에서 발생된 가스기류(G)에 노즐(31)에서 분출된 가스제트(J)를 침투시켜 교차부를 형성하고 이 교차부에서 다이(30)로부터 공급된 필라멘트가 인발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유성형 장치.
- 제7항에 의한 내연버너와 원심장치(33) 및 원심장치와 함께 회전하는 재료공급 장치로 구성된 광섬유성형 장치로서 내연버너는 원심장치 원주둘레에 환상형 가스기류를 발생시키고, 원심장치가 빠른 속도로 회전함으로서 원심장치에 형성되어 있는 구멍을 통해 재료공급 장치에서 공급된 재료를 환상형 가스기류속으로 분사시키며, 분사된 피라멘트가 환상형 가스기류 속에서 일반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유성형 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
