본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 사이클론을 설치한 시멘트 소정장치의 개략도.
제5도는 본 발명에 다른 사이클론을 이용한 결과를 나타내는 것으로서
제5a도는 혼합비에 대한 분리효과를 나타내는 그래프이며,
제5b도는 혼합비에 대한 압력손실을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 원통부와 상기 원통부에 부착되어 있는 역원추형 호퍼, 상기 호퍼의 상단에 연결되어 있는 원통형 분말방출 도관, 분말함유 개스를 사이클론 속으로 주입시키기 위하여 상기 원통부에 접선방향으로 연결되어있는 개스공급도관, 상기 원통부의 상부벽을 관통하고 이의 하단이 상기 상부벽 아래에 위치하게한 개스방출도관 및 사이클론 내부로부터 상기 개스공급도관의 내측벽과 상기 원통부의 외각벽을 연결하는 연결부로 돌출되어 있는 돌출측벽을 가지는 원통부의 외벽으로 이루어진 사이클론에 있어서, 상기의 원통형 개스방출도관에 이의 하단벽으로부터 부드러운 곡선으로 돌출되고 개스방출도관의 직경과 동일하거나 큰 직경을 갖는 돌출부를 설치한 특징이 있는 사이클론.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부가 개스공급도관과 동일한 직경을 가지며, 상기 돌출부를 갖는 전체적인 개스공급도관의 전체적인 하단부가 평면상에서 달걀형으로된 특징을 갖는 사이클론.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부가 개스공급도관의 직경보다 큰 직경을 가지며 상기 돌출부를 갖는 개스공급도관의 전체적인 하단이 평면상에서 달걀형으로 된 특징을 갖는 사이클론.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부의 주축선이 원통부의 내측으로 돌출된 측벽과 평행하게 되어 좁은 내부공간을 이루도록한 특징이 있는 사이클론.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 개스방출도관과 돌출부의 하단이 상기 개스공급도관의 하단 위에 위치하게한 특징이 있는 사이클론.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 개스방출도관과 돌출부의 하단이 상기 개스공급도관의 하단 아래에 위치하게한 특징이 있는 사이클론.
