Abstract

본 발명의 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치는 이 재료용기내에 밀봉수용된 성형재료가 히팅슬리이브를 경유해서 성형기에 제공되도록 한다.
재료공급장치는 재료용기내의 성형재료 잔량을 외부에서 확인할 수 있도록 투명합성수지 혹은 반투명 합성수지로 성형된 재료용기와, 일단은 재료용기의 개구부에 나사 체결되도록 개구단부를 형성하고, 타단은 성형기 수용부재에 체결되도록 개구단부를 형성한 어댑터를 필수 구성으로 한다. 재료용기의 내부를 개방가능하게 폐쇄시키기 위하여 셔터가 이 어댑터에 경사지게 배치된다. 실제적인 용도에 있어서, 재료용기는 어댑터를 경유해서 수용부재에 체결되므로 호퍼로써의 역할도 수행한다. 그 내부에 성형재료가 밀봉수용된 소형재료용기가 호퍼로써 이용되므로 재료조절작업 및 재교교체 작업이, 각 성형작업 이전에 성형재료를 건조시킬 필요없이 고속으로 행해질 수 있다.

Description

호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 재료공급장치용 호퍼로써 사용되는 재료용기의 부분확대정면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제료공급장치에 구성되는 어댑터의 종단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 재료공급장치의 종단면도로써, 어댑터에 나합 고정되는 재료용기가 서로 분해된 상태를 도시한 도면, 제4도는 본 발명의 타 실시예에 따른 재료공급장치의 부분확대정면도, 제5도는 제4도의 재료공급장치의 평단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 수용된 재료가 밀봉된 상태로 성형되도록 합성수지로 성형되는 재료용기와, 상기 재료용기의 내측을 오픈 가능하게 폐쇄시키기 위하여 펀넬형상부와 연결부 사이에 삽입된 셔터를 구비하는 어댑터를 이루어지고, 상기 펀넬형상부의 상단부에는 상기 재료용기의 개구부 내벽면 주위에 형성된 다수의 암나사산과 나사 체결되도록 개구단부가 형성되고, 상기 연결부의 하단부는 성형기의 수용부재에 체결되도록 개구부가 형성됨에 따라, 상기 어댑터가 재료용기의 개구부에 나사 체결되며, 상기 재료용기는 성형기용 호퍼로써 작용하도록 변환된 모양을 갖는 어댑터와 함께 수용부재에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어댑터는 금속재로 제조되고, 일단을 재료용기의 개구부와 나사체결하도록 개구단부를 형성시키고 일측이 상기 재료용기의 개구단부상에 나사결합되도록 개구단부형상으로 형성되고, 타측이 성형기측 수용부재에 고정되도록 개구단부형상으로 형성된 제1부위와, 다수개의 스크류홀을 통해서 다수개의 스크류를 삽입하도록 형성된 다수개의 스크류홀을 가진 제2부위로 구성되고, 상기 제1부위와 제2부 사이에 삽입되어 있는 셔터는 상기 스크류에 의해 조임으로써 서로 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어댑터는 펀넬형상부와, 상기 펀넬형상부의 상부벽에 위치한 셔터와 함께 상기 펀넬형상부 하측에 위치하 원통형 연결부로 구성되며, 상기 재료용기는 변환된 상태로 상기 펀넬형상부의 개구단부상에 배치된 스레드된 링에 나사 고정되며, 상기 어댑터는 다수의 볼트에 의해 허팅 슬리이브용 공급 포트 주변에 상기 연결부의 개구단부가 체결됨에 따라 성형기용 히팅 슬리이브상에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셔터는 다수의 개구를 방사상으로 확장시킨 두개의 상·하단 원형플레이트로 구성되며, 상기 원형플레이트의 각 중심부는 축에 대해 회전자재토록 지지되어 있고, 상기 상측 원형플레이트의 주변은 다수개의 스크류에 의해 상기 어댑터의 벽면에 고정됨과 동시에 하측 원형플레이트는 상기 상측원형플레이트의 방사상으로 확장된 개구에 대해 상기 방사상으로 확장된 개구를 개방시키거나 폐쇄시키도록 상기 어댑터의 펀넬형상부의 상부 벽면상에 회전자재토록 지지되어 있고, 상기 하측 원형 플레이트는 그 주변 외측에 돌출된 다수의 클릭편이 구성되며, 이들 각 클릭편은 수직홈을 통해 상기 펀넬형상부의 상부 벽면상에 원주 방향으로 확장형성된 슬릿에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료용기는 투명 또는 반투명한 합성수지로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재료용기는 연신취입성형 처리공정에 의해 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈산염수지로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재료용기는 연신취입성형 처리 공정에 의해 폴리카보네이트 수지로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재료용기는 연신취입성형처리 공정에 의해 폴리프로필렌 수지로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재료용기는 연신취입성형처리 공정에 의해 조성물 형태의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈산염수지로 성형되며, 상기 조성물에는 에틸렌비닐 아세트산염 공중합체로 제조된 중간층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호퍼로써의 재료용기가 구비된 재료공급장치.
