제1도∼제3도는 본 발명에 관한 초전도체 극세다심선의 여러가지 타이프의 것을 단면으로 나타낸 설명도.

Claims (12)

  1. 복수개의 금속계 초전도체 필라멘트가 동계합금 매트릭스에 채워 넣어져서 되는 초전도선에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스를 성형하는 동계합금이 하기 A군에서 부터 J군에 속하는 1종류 이상의 원소를 포함하며, 또 Cu-Ni, Cu-Sn, Cu-Mn을 제외한 것이며, 이들 합금원소의 함유량은 동계합금의 실온에서의 비저항(z)이 2×10-8Ωm이상, 65×10-8Ωm이하가 되는 조건을 만족하며, 금속계 초전도체 필라멘트 서로의 간격이 0.0625×1/㎚이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도선.

    Z(Ωm) = 1.68×10-8+1.2(0.5XA+XB+2XC+3XD+4XE+5XF+6XG+10XH+15XI+17.5XJ)×10-8에서 구해진치, 여기서, XA∼XJ는 원소군 A-J에 속하는 합금원소의 중량%이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동계합금이 상기 A군에서 부터 J군에 속하는 적어도 3종류 이상의 원소를 포함하는 초전도선.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동계합금이 4B족 원소를 적어도 1종류 함유한 것인 초전도선.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동계합금이 Cu-1∼10원자% Si 합금인 초전도선.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동계합금이 Cu-1∼10원자% Si 합금인 초전도선.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동계합금이 Cu-1∼10원자% (Si+Ge) 합금인 초전도선.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동계합금이, 하기식(Ⅰ)에서 구해지는 것인 초전도선.
    0.05≤XP+XG+XH≤5.0 (Ⅰ)
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동계합금이, 하기식(Ⅱ)에서 구해지는 것인 초전도선.
    0.4≤Xc/Xp≤0.7 또는 0.5≤Xc≤6.5
    0.1≤XP≤12.5 (Ⅱ)
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 금속계 초전도체 필라멘트가 Nb-Ti 합금계, Nb3Sn계에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것인 초전도선.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 초전도선이 금속초전도체 필라멘트에 접촉된 상태에서 안정화 금속이 복합된 구조인 것인 초전도선.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 초전도선이 금속초전도체 필라멘트에 비접속된 상태에서 안정화 금속이 복합된 구조인 것인 초전도선.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 안정환 금속이 Cu, Al, Ag의 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 금속인 것인 초전도선.
