Description
Claims (4)
- NMR用プローブのアンテナコイルであって、常磁性材料と反磁性材料との2種類以上の材料を組合せて一体化した、断面が平角形状を有するアンテナコイルの線材の外周部に超電導フィラメントを備えさせて該超電導フィラメントの一部が露出するように形成し、前記磁性の異なる2種類以上の材料の組合せによって組合せた材料の磁性が相殺し合い、10K以下の雰囲気に設置されることを特徴とするNMRプローブ用アンテナコイル。
- 前記磁性の異なる2種類以上の材料が、常磁性材料と反磁性材料を組合せたものであり、前記常磁性材料がAl、Pt、Cr、Ta、W、K、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Mn、Rb、Sr、Y、Zr、Nb、Mo、Tc、Ru、Rh、Pdまたはその合金から選ばれた少なくとも1種よりなり、前記反磁性材料がAu、Ag、Cuまたはその合金から選ばれた少なくとも1種よりなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のNMRプローブ用アンテナコイル。
- 最外周に磁化率を相殺する磁化を有する膜が成膜されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のNMRプローブ用アンテナコイル。
- 請求項1記載のNMRプローブ用アンテナコイルを用いて、NMR信号を検出するようにしたNMRシステム。
